They made it appear the cheapest but they are the same price as others so I suggest getting your money's worth from other tour operators 1. They gave us one bottle of water only for the whole day trip despite the extreme heat..during buffet lunch you have to buy your drinks too. 2. I felt that Cesar our tour guide was not accommodating and only became customer care-oriented and more friendly when we were about to leave the bus when tips were given 3. During our Chichen Itza tour it was about 105° or more, it was scorching hot that we could not complete the tour and decided to go back to the bus an hour earlier than the agreed meeting time, when we went to our bus it was closed and even after being knocked multiple times the driver did not open only after 30 minutes and told us he was cleaning the bus and will need 20 more minutes! Before our next destination, Cesar announced that the driver would take a nap so we should not disturb him until our meeting time!

Caeser (tour guide) & Alfredo (driver) were great. Caeser was super knowledgeable, passionate & funny too. He had a great catchphrase “Hola, Coca- Cola”. Caeser always checked to ensure everyone was comfortable with the plan & meeting points & times. Chichen Itza was really interesting, he showed us how the arena & temples/pyramids were designed with acoustics. The Cenote waterfall was very pretty & the town Valladolid was very classic mexico/spain. Alfredo was very friendly, drove us well & there was always air-con! Thank you both, very enjoyable! 5*

The tour guide was amazing,, from 6:50am till drop off they Tino & Jorge an excellent job @ providing detailed info, jokes, tips and an all around pleasurable & memorable experience! They made the family feel very welcome and comfortable, I would highly recommend booking with them!

Chichen Itza is definitely a must see if visiting Cancun! Cesar is a great guide too. For people who want to take the tour, make sure to bring lots of water since it can get VERY hot in the place.

Alfredo is an excellent driver & very puntual! Caesar is an upbeat, friendly and passionate tour guide who is respectful of everyone’s time and wishes! We were picked up by a small van on the dot & transported on a bus with A/C and good overhead storage. We had enough time to explore our stops and eat! It was warm and sunny so I would recommend longsleeve SPF shirt or sunblock for Chichén & for cenote I would wear water shoes since the wood floors/steps are slippery (due to algae). I had an amazing time though, and it was worth every penny! Thank you Ceasar and Alfredo for a safe & wonderful trip to one of the 7 wonders of the world!

It was a compact mini trip to maya’s temple, centos and valadolid. All great esp first two. Do it. You don’t know what you’re missing. Feedback to tour company: have enough water for everyone. We ran out of water early on. Also stop at Valadolid can be improved.

Caesar and Alfredo took us around and it was as great if not better than we had hoped. We honestly only went on the tour because it’s something that people said we should do if we went to Cancun. Caesar educated us on the most interesting things about Mayan culture and was really funny as well. Although I’m a person who does not like history and I hated school, this was an absolute blast. So happy to have come. I would recommend this tour to anyone of my friends or family who’d come to Cancun.

Cesar and Alfredo were wonderful! The tour was very animated and Cesar is very passionate about his culture and was excited to share with us. Alfredo was very accommodating, picking us up in front of each stop. Very personal and friendly. Even fixed the air conditioner within 30 minutes of our last stop. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. This tour is an all day tour. LOTS of walking in Chit zi Nitza, but lots of interesting culture and history to learn. The cenote was GORGEOUS! And they even serve a lunch buffet at the stop. If you decide to take this tour, please try to ask for Cesar and Alfredo. They will make your experience exceptional!

Absolutely great experience. Went with college friends and had a great time. Fun activities were accompanied by very interesting and engaging presentation and commentary from the tour guides. Our guide also provided complimentary water which I recommend you bring in copious amounts. The bus ride does feel like a long time but use it to relax before a day of stimulating activities. The team — Tony, Eduardo, and Ray — were very passionate and helpful. Highly recommend!
