Waiting 45 min for a bus! Long wait. Representative was embarrassed 🙈 no direction regarding headsets

Drivers were so helpful with directions. West side route buses are fewer than red so cut into transit time advertised. We use this type of bus in every new city, great overview.

Brahim was excellent. Very helpful in getting us to the right stop. Very friendly & took the time to help us determine which bus stop to get off for the Changing of the Guard Tour.

The boat ride was fun. Took us over 1 1/2 hours to find the stop since it wasn’t marked properly. driver we was very nice and helpful … bus was dirty

This bus system is horrible. Don’t take it. Waited for the bus for 40 minutes at one of the stops, gave up and got a cab! Bus driver drove right past my stop and had to go tell him we were on the bus! He didn’t check, so it took him another 20 minutes to go back to our stop, this included three other passengers. There are better hop on and off bus services!

Use a different tour line! This bus does not really point out buildings or history at the correct location, if it even points them out during the taped commentation. They are not clear on the stop number and the stops are so quick if no one gets in they are off and you missed it. They try to be witty with their commentation but it's more annoying than they think. I'm not on the bus to be amused but I would have liked to hear about the buildings and what was around me.

Great tour but confusing. As its billed as a 24 hour tour when it only went from 0800 and at 1800 snd then we were informed that the bus would soon be shutting down.

In theory the hop on hop off sounds awesome. It’s not well executed. Much longer wait times than the 10-20 minutes they advertise. Poor signage for pickups with mixed messaging on their pamphlet. There are several other companies that were more consistent in their pickups which I imagine would deliver a better overall experience. Would not recommend this company.

Typical bus tour, was better when you had a live guide. Traffic becomes quit annoying and really slows down the tour.

Excellent very informative and welcoming. Knew a lot and kept us engaged without it becoming boring. And ensured the group stayed together

The recorded commentary is light on information. I arrived at a stop only to be told that the stop had been moved for the day. The employee gave very complex directions which a bunch of people tried to follow. None of us were able to find the other stop. Fortunately another company gave me a lift to the next stop or I would have missed the Tower of London. Then there was no bus for over an hour. When a bunch of buses did show up most just drove past us, we crammed on one bus, and they closed the doors in the face of the rest of the people. After we got moving, at a later stop, an employee announced that this was the last bus. So they must have left the other people stranded. Plus I really had wanted to make a short stop at Harrod's. Between the delay and the fact that the last bus was early I didn't have time. Very disappointing,

Highly informative and entertaining tour of "the hidden gems of the City of London" given by Alex and Emma! Loved going through the backstreets, while being given bits of trivia on pubs, churches, Roman market streets, and St. Paul's Cathedral.

Bilel was a great help and gave us a great deal. He explained how the bus tours worked and was super friendly! Very funny!!

We tried to enter the bus in 3 different stops in the span of 3 hours on a Monday at low season (early May). There was no seat available anywhere in any bus and no audio guide even standing. We contacted customer service but there was no reply.

Great way to see London and get around to every stop you need to make Engaging commentary. Live vommentor William and driver Andrew make the first ride wonderful with great recommendations. Would suggest anyone to do this it's very convenient

We did not get off the bus at all - enjoyed the ride and view the whole time. There was just too many people on the ground. :) Totally recommend!

We booked a 48 hour pass which included hop on and off together with river cruise one way and we also got Jack the Ripper tour included. The Bus tour and ability to travel as you wish around London is worth the money alone. The cruise down the Thames was great taking in many well known landscapes. Although not guided one of the staff on board gave great commentary. The Jack the Ripper tour was given by Big Steve who was really informative and knowledgeable. He also added humour to the Jack the Ripper tour, taking in much more than we expected. We would highly recommend Steve and this tour which was just over £100 for two of us for two days including boat and ripper tours.

Competent live and entertaining guide. Modern boats and didn't need to wait for next boat. Great to buy a beer there too.

The bus was clean, route was good. App did not give the correct bus timings and we had to wait 45 minutes for one. It's a good way to see all attractions in one day. Be ready for a long day. No help from drivers. No assistance on ground or at bus stops.

The narration was very informative . We never had to wait for a bus and there was always someone to help with directions. The river cruise was a wonderful addition to see the sites from another angle
