The best your guides! I’d recommend it to anybody of all ages. Safety is important but FUN is top priority as well!!! Ask for Orlando!!! He’s got amazing humor and tons of fun!!!

We had a great trip! The guides were informative, and made the trip fun. Orlando, Pablo, and Beto are the perfect combination to make a great experience.

1000/10 experience! The crew made us feel safe and gave us instructions on basic safety education. Warner welcomed us with open arms and made us feel prepared for our journey. Graven was our raft guide and he provided us with such an amazing experience! We saw a poison dart frog, sloths, storks, fruit trees and beautiful greenery. I would not recommend taking any valuables as they can get lost in the water. Such a fun experience with a hint of adrenaline. They provided fruit, rental water shoes, transportation, helmet and water vest, and a delicious lunch with beverages (water, juice, coffee, and moonshine) with optional purchases of other souvenirs, soft drinks and beer.

The guides were awesome and so was the river and the rapids! The lunch after the paddling was also fantastic! One of the best things to do in Costa Rica.

A great day out and perfect for a taster of what white water rafting is all about. Warren was the main guide and was fun and informative (Kevin our raft lead was cracking fun too). They made sure everyone felt relaxed and safe throughout. The food and other extras included in the day make this a fantastic value package, which is highly recommended for all.

Our tour with Costa Rica Descents was truly an unforgettable experience! We loved having Carlos Gonzalez as our river guide! He was cordial, incredibly knowledgeable, and personable. We got the chance to see some of the wildlife during the tour and eat a typical Costa Rican meal at the end! It was awesome!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Costa Rica. Our host was Joncarlos and our water raft guide was Kevin. They are really friendly and also funny. It’s also very affordable in comparison to other experiences we got throughout La Fortuna. For the package that we got, we paid $65 per person for a 2-3hr water rafting adventure, a DELICIOUS lunch after (top 10 meals of my life, def gotta add the home made salsa they make), they also show you how they make coffee in Costa Rica, along with a short tour at a nearby farm. Highly recommend, can’t say enough great things about!

This was an amazing experience!!!!!! The team is spectacular and very professional with an extreme focus to have customers having fun and creating memories from the moment of pickup until they drop off…my 7 year old says that it was not amazing it was super amazing…

What a blast! The whole experience was just great...the ride out on the bus where we looked for sloths along the way, the fun & challenging river rafting, the lunch & garden tour after, etc. These guys really make the whole experience informative, FUN, and memorable. And excellent, high quality photos and videos for a very reasonable price. Our guide, Chamo, made the trip. He is super funny and VERY good at what he does! We recommend this very reasonable experience to everyone!!!

The best part of our trip hands down!! We went as a group of 6 and our guide was Kevin .. and it was so much fun that we booked it again with Christian !! I highly recommend these guys and this event !! So much fun and excitement! These two made this an awesome experience! Would do it again for sure !

Really cool activity, guides were all great and funny and made it fun even tho the water levels were low and slow at times. Would recommend the guide Grievin!! Funny and helpful and knew so much about the things we were seeing (iguanas and frogs and birds and fruits etc)

I booked 10 of us- my siblings and their spouses, age 62 to 73 for the class 2 and 3 rapids. 6 of us are large and tall seniors- one is 6’6” and 260# Our experiences varied depending on the guide we got. Each guide was unique and fun in different ways- we had to wait for 40 minutes while Chamo finished leading another group, but he was a fun relaxed guide and my siblings had a great time with him. My group had Graevin who was more intense, yelling orders to“get down, get back in position, rapido , faster, forward, back” , etc. He pointed out wildlife and trees along the way. Both guides got us thru safely and all of us had a great time! The class 2 rapids were much more wild and intense than expected, and for several of us large seniors- squatting “down” low in the bottom of the raft and popping back up again and onto the side of the raft to row again quickly was very difficult. Once we ended up in a tumble of bodies on the floor of the raft, laughing as we tried to get limbs and oars untangled. We didn’t flip and no one fell out, thank heavens, and it was thrilling, we all got soaked, but it was more stressful and physically demanding than expected. My 73 year old sister and her husband were sick so they decided not to go which was a blessing because they were not physically up for this challenge. They would not refund their money which was frustrating. The fruit provided half way was so sweet and delicious, the lunch was fabulous, the tour of the farm was informative and fun. Christian was awesome as the photographer and leader and we have fun memories and photos to remember our day. I highly recommend this tour!

By far, the Best tour in Costa Rica! Our tour guides were great, the lunch buffet was delicious, water rafting was so much fun and exciting! Please book it, you won’t regret it!!

The white water rafting was amazing! We went with a group of 4 and the kept us together. Our guide Chamo was very funny and knowledgeable. We felt very secure with him guiding us. He was also very knowledgeable about Costa Rica and things to do and gave us a lot of information and helpful advice. The food after the tour was delicious.
