Louis is a great guide. It's clear that he loves his job and his goal is to make Hanoi visitors happy and learn as much about the city and Vietnam as possible. One of the best trips I've ever taken. I will definitely do another tour with this company when I return to Hanoi.

Hanoi tour is very interesting and attractive. Our driver Dragon drive safely and our tour guide Louis presented interesting information with excellent English pronunciation.

One of the best tours we've ever experienced! It felt like a genuine backyard adventure, offering unique experiences most tours don't. Our guide, Fred, was exceptional. We were fortunate to be the only couple on the tour, allowing us to have a more personal experience with Fred. She is the best—be sure to request her! Our driver took us through hidden alleys, leading us to a secret café where we ended the night with delicious traditional food and coffee.

FRED FRED FRED that’s all I have to say. She literally is the best tour guide we have had our whole month so far in Vietnam! She is personable, her English is spectacular, and she knows a lot of history about Hanoi. She made us so comfortable and happy! I can’t recommend her enough. This was a tour like no other! Definitely a hidden gem!

Hiu was a really amazing guide and driver who took us on a journey to different parts as well as aspects of Hanoi, it's culture, lifestyle, architecture, etc. The trip was totally worth it and was an unforgettable experience.

We had a great tour! Louis is a great guide and Tan is a great driver. They were both very friendly and did a great job. The food was great! They took us to train street for coffee and there were 2 trains passing by. All are great. A must do in Hanoi!!!

The tour was fascinating. I could experience the local peoples life and communicate with them. Also the tour course was different with travelers choices which focus on the famous visiting sites. It was more valueble to me. 100% satisfaction.
