We had been rafting in other rivers, But the sarapiqui was awesome, We just loved all the surroundings, The raid . Everything was perfect

I brought a group of 8th graders and three teachers to Costa Rica. One of our activities was whitewater rafting. We did the Sarapiqui and had the most amazing guides! Pablo, Brian, Louise, Braulio were great with the kids. They provided such quality service both in safety and connecting with the group. I will be bringing my groups to this outfitter from now on. My standards are high for my customers as I am a water guide in the US and this company was better than some outfitters in the US! Thank you!

I was having an incredible time in CR and this was my second time with Arenal Rafting. I was really excited to enjoy the rapids of Sarapiqui. However, I had an extremely horrific experience with our *specific raft guide*. The raft guide kept kicking me constantly with his foot during rafting, to indicate I needed to move to the edge of the raft, admittedly this was my mistake, I was really nervours and unsteady which led me to keep shifting my position inward, but I did not need to be kicked?! may be use your words next time! I was kicked about 4 to 5 times after which he proceeded to slap my behind, I was in shock and feared what would happen if I spoke up on the raft. I conveyed this feedback to the office and our bus guide who was said he would speak to the owner regarding this behavior. I will NEVER recommend this trip for anyone especially if you are a woman, I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated in my life! Learn to treat people well, folks on the raft should not be herded like cattle. Unacceptable! I expect to be contacted regarding this matter, so I can provide more information on the raft guide.

Been white water rafting a couple times, this was the best one. So many rapids and so many fun ones. Braulio Machillo was the best guide. he showed us wildlife, got us local fruit from the trees, did tricks on the raft, had us do fun games on the raft. We were laughing and having a blast the whole time. Would recommend a million times.

We took the Rafting activity. It was an incredible experience, the cost it's great for me, and the service it was excellent, our guide Didier was very kind, and he helps us a lot at every moment, we recommend doing Rafting with him, it's a great guy, he loves his job. They picked us up where we bought the service. The arrival time at the river was about 40 minutes. After the activity they give you water, towels and snacks. Then we went to a restaurant to eat delicious food, have a few differents options like beef, fish, chicken also vegetarian options. There is a photography service is very good. We recommend bringing water shoes, don't go with a hangover please, use sunscreen, For the activity, use a closed swimsuit or comfortable, tight-fitting clothing. and don't be afraid, enjoy every moment and follow all safety instructions. The food was delicious. As a personal recommendation, don't do more than one activity a day, the Rafting consume a lot of energy. Better schedule another activity the next day. Nosotros tomamos la actividad de rafting con el guía Didier, el cual recomendamos mucho, fue amable en todo momento, fue claro con sus instrucciones de seguridad y muy amistoso, el servicio fue excelente Nos llevaron a hacer la actividad incluye transporte snack y comida recomendamos que usen bloqueador a prueba de agua zapatos para agua y que sigan las instrucciones de seguridad en cada momento, no tengan miedo de disfrutar la actividad es una actividad que necesitan Vivir la comida estaba deliciosa y la fruta de Costa Rica es inigualable. Nosotros solo asignamos esa actividad en el día y al siguiente una caminata ya qué el Rafting si consume mucha energía. Éxito y PURA VIDA
