Our tour guide, Kalvin, picked us up at our Hotel in Shanghai. From the very start Kalvin made an extra effort to show us "his" city not as a tourist but from a local pov. It was great. We saw all that we wanted to see and a few additional hot stops that only a local would know. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He took us to lunch, not a tourist destination but a local place and the food was wonderful. Thank you Kalvin for an amazing day! If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Thankm you !

Tremendously enjoyed this private tour. I learned a lot about Shanghai history and enjoyed all the sites including the Bund. My tour guide, Ruby, was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant. She has excellent English language skills. Driver was courteous and on-time. My tour included lunch. I’m a picky eater, and I must say the authentic Shanghainese food we had for lunch was superb & delicious! Highly recommend this private tour.

Ruby shared with us so much information not only on all the wonderful sights but also the history of Shanghai. The tour flowed perfectly through many interesting and beautiful places. Without ruby’s insight to all the details of each place we would have missed learning and seeing what makes Shanghai so special. Lunch was delicious!

Kalvin was excellent. Very kind and knowledgable. Amazing how we managed to fit so much into one day and using public transport (as I didn’t choose the private transport option). I didn’t feel like places were too rushed and I wasn’t completely exhausted by the end of it either. Ideal for a short stay in Shanghai

I cannot say enough positive things about this tour and our guide Ruby. Ruby was the nicest tour guide I've ever had, as well as the most informed. She was incredibly knowledgable about not just the areas she was showing us but about Shanghai and Chinese history in general. She was not simply reciting a memorized script - she had answers to our questions and on more than one occasion had deeper conversations about things. She was also hilarious and very friendly in general. The sights in Shanghai were marvelous - we saw the Yuyuan Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund and the French Concessions, and had lunch at a delicious local restaurant. Also worth mentioning, Sunny was incredibly communicative with us before the tour, and everything was organized beautifully. This tour was the highlight of our time in Shanghai and we will treasure this memory!

She worked with our schedule, letting us start the tour at a time that worked best for us. Plus, she was completely open to tweaking our itinerary, depending on how we felt and what we wanted to see. Ruby was not only welcoming and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about Shanghai’s history and culture. We had the most amazing day with Annie in Shanghai. She organized a super great tour, was very helpful with pictures and showed us everything we wanted to see! She knew especially a lot about the temple and we learned a lot today! We highly recommend to specifically ask for Annie if you want to get much information about Shanghai’s history and some secret food tips! The driver had a super comfortable, clean and new car and he was always on point, picked us up very fast and drove very safely. 10/10 all in all!!!

Even though was a rainy day, it did not affect this great experience, we had fun. Shanghai is fun to visit, and I wish I could spend more time exploring. So after this tour, I would say go back to the place you visited but at night and spend more time in the place that you like. Feifei, our beautiful tour guide was the most engaging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient guide we have ever had. Not only did she have amazing recommendations, she had a genuine interest in us and a clear passion for the locations and history. She is a priceless person and the ultimate guide.
