SCAM!!! Be careful with this tour guide, it's a scam! We were waiting for them at the hotel lobby, already 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver did not show up. We contacted them via the app, no response. The receptionist called them 3 times, no answer at all. They just ghosted and scammed us. I contacted customer service for a refund. They told me the tour guide denied the full refund and said he was there waiting, the receptionist “told him we were gone to our room and didn't return their calls”. This is not true, they made up a fake story to avoid giving us our money back!!! We waited patiently for more than an hour trying to contact them! I know it's a scam and I won't get my money back, I just want to avoid other people being scammed so please stay away from these tour guides!

Just a great experience always wanted to see it and with a guide that knows what todo and when to be there you get the best of it. The city tour took me to places I would never have thought Togo see or do so very glade this is part of this tour

The tour operator didn’t show up. For some reason I only got a 50% refund which isn’t acceptable. I did not cancel this tour, the operator didn’t show up. Why should I be out of pocket for something that went wrong ( not on my part). I had received confirmation the day before that we would be collected on the Sunday at 1 from the hotel, but no one showed up. Very poor

Stash was a knowledgeable guide. Unfortunately his recommendation to start the tour at 1pm put us into rush hour traffic which caused us to miss 1/2 of what we wanted to see. We spent about 1.5 hours at the canal and the rest in the car.

Our group was over 100 persons and Rick and his team were so professional with amazing personalities and very knowledgeable !! Our transportation was nice and very accommodating! I would recommend this tour to anyone!!

Our guide Alfredo met us promptly on time at our hotel. He was a fantastic host during our tour. He was very knowledgeable having been a lifelong resident of Panama City. We saw the new city, the old city and we were able to visit some very sentimental locations. My wife’s father was stationed in Panama during World War II and we have photos of him during this timeframe. Alfredo was able to bring us to these locations which was an emotional moment for my wife. We also loved our visit to the Panama Canal.

Enjoyed the stop at the Queens house and the stop at the souvenir store. The highlight was the Miraflors visitor center and the IMAX movie on the Panama Canal. The drawback to this particular tour was the fact that the vehicle was too small for four adults to comfortably enjoy the sightseeing. It was a smaller sized suv with three of us cramped together in the back seat. The tour guide was nice enough but could have done a bit more narration/history during the ride without us prompting with questions. He was great at always being with us during the stops, we never had to hunt him down which was a huge plus.

Alfredo was the best guide. Very knowledgeable and informative. Spoke very good English. He made the day better. I would definitely travel with him again.

Alfredo was the best tour guide excellent English and really knows the ins and out of getting around Panama from one coast to the other I would highly recommend this tour and be sure you get Alfredo!!!

We had a fabulous time with Ricardo doing this trip in November 23. He met us at our hotel in the morning & we went to the Panama Canal where we joined another man with the boat. Life jackets were supplied. We had a wonderful boat trip seeing the Panama Canal & Monkey Island. Ricardo picked up some fruit for the monkeys who came onto the boat to eat it so we got nice photos. (Apparently morning trips are best as the monkeys aren't so hungry later.)We also heard & saw screeching monkeys in the trees. It was really enjoyable seeing the monkeys as well as seeing the huge container ships going through the canal. Ricardo was very friendly & informative. We also went to the Gambia Rainforest reserve & had a drink & cakes (we paid separately for this) which was a beautiful hotel with fantastic views. over the Chagres river. All in all a lovely trip. Thank you Ricardo.

Three months ago we booked a Private tour of the Miraflores Locks (Panama Canal) for 8 adults, prepaid for $500. A 6 Seat SUV showed up and the tour guide named Irwin thought we could all cram inside. My family, who came from California and New York were visiting Panama for the first time and were looking forward to this tour. We told the guide to order a BIGGER vehicle. 45 minutes later another vehicle arrived and our guide went along. We arrived at the site and were told to hurry because the only boat going through the canal was almost done. We nearly missed seeing anything. We managed to see the IMAX film but had to hurry because our group wanted to see Casco Viejo before returning to the hotel. Irwin, for whatever reason took us to two places we didn't want to go to and when he finally dropped us off at Casco Viejo asked for more money ($130) for no apparent reason except to try to extort it from us. We said no, of course. We were shocked and dismayed. I don't think anyone in our group will ever take another VIATOR sponsored tour again.

Our guide Alex was fantastic. Friendly, spoke great English and liked to laugh. Loved being only 2 of us in car got to cover more territory. Very accommodating to what we wanted to do.

We had previously booked another tour on Viator which was cancelled as we were boarding the plane to Panama. Since the original activity was scheduled for 8:00 AM the next day, I had to scramble to get this trip booked. As it turned out, we were very pleased with the guide and what he showed us in Panama. He was professional and worked with us since there was a lot of traffic getting out of the airport because of an accident. Overall, we had a good experience in Panama as a result

Andres is a wonderful tour guide. Interacted well and conversed with us even though we do not know any Spanish . He took his time to show us the areas and would make a quick stop when requested..My husband is not very talkative and he had a wonderful day out with Andres as our guide. Just a great tour... it was easy communication and an excellent tour guide.

Alfredo was amazing! He seemed genuinely happy in life which made the trip that much better. He was very enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. Even the little things, he took the time to explain in english and answer all of our questions. We recommend alfredo 😊

Alfredo was a fantastic guide. I highly recommend this excursion. I would give it ten stars if I could. He timed the canal visit perfectly so that we could see it in action and the rest of the areas we visited gave us a great overview of where to return to.

Our guide wasn’t great on communicating with time. We couldn’t find him after the 3D video. He did his best, but wish he communicated better

I cannot rate Ricardo highly enough! He was excellent. Very personable too. I learnt a lot from my experience and from his life as well. Highly recommended!
