Our guide Elaine was fantastic. Funny, very informative, and shared small secrete surprises that she has located within the Vatican. You have to go to find them. Highly recommended.

Fascinating tour of a beautiful place! Our guide cinzia was fantastic! So knowledgeable about the art, the history, all things Vatican! It was nice getting in early, was not so crowded yet. Would highly recommend the tour and especially this guide.

The Vatican is a "must do" for any trip to Rome. That said - be prepared for VERY large crowds!! Go as early in the day as you can. The pre-opening tours would be worth the extra money! If you plan to pay "gate price" and tour on your own - be prepared to line up no later than 5AM. If you arrive after that you will wait a minimum of 2 hrs in line. Our early morning tour with Michele was great. He was so knowledgeable about the art, about the history, about the culture. He showed us important works and gave us time to view. That said - even at 8AM and the advertisement to miss the large crowds of the day is somewhat misleading. There are HUGE crowds at 8AM. In 3-4 hours, you will see about 1% of all there is to see; but you can stay and view as long as you like (in the crowds that have accumulated now by noon). So many beautiful works in one space! And St. Peter's is just beyond words amazing in size and beauty.

We did a small group VIP tour of the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica with what a life tours and our guide was Elena. She was absolutely fantastic with her knowledge of the area, the history and the details of where we were. There was also clearly a mutual respect between her and the staff there and her energy was absolutely fantastic. Made the tour Deas spite the crowds!

Elaine was our group lead and did a great job at keeping us engaged with little known facts as well as directing our attention to unique art pieces with a rich history. Great sense of humor and kept a 3 hour tour moving at a good pace. Highly recommend to all.

We had Elaine for our Vatican tour. My wife and are on a 3-month trip through Italy and have had numerous guided tours. Elaine was exceptional! Even at the 8:00am tour, before high season, the Vatican was a zoo. Unfortunately the crowds take away from the awe inspiring Vatican and Bisilica. You are moved through along with all the other shoulder to shoulder people. However, Tony our guide, told great stories that helped keep our spirits in a good place to enjoy the 3 hour tour.

Our tour guide Yanira was fantastic! We booked the small group tour for the Vatican and we were really impressed by how knowledgeable & friendly Yanira is! Our tour started at 8am and it wasn’t too busy inside. The skip the line tickets included in the tour were brilliant, the main queue outside even at 8am was super long. Definitely recommend this tour & Tour Operator, we learnt so much that we wouldn’t have otherwise known! The museums (pictured) and the Sistine Chapel were absolutely beautiful! We had a text the day before to remind us with a google maps link to the Tour Operators office, which is the meeting point and really easy to find and close to the Metro station. Grazie for such a great tour!

This was a great tour! I am not much for long winded tours and lots of history but Elaine our tour guide made it fun! She was great at giving directions through the Vatican and making the history fun to take in. I had other tour companies in Rome and this was by far my favourite.

This tour is worth every penny. What made it so amazing was our tour guide, Elaine! She is friendly, humorous and an absolute wealth of knowledge. Her love for art and her understanding of the collection came through to us in our tour. I cannot overstate the benefit of the skip the line feature. Our tour started at 8:00 (on a rainy morning) and the line was incredibly long - but not for us! Once again, Elaine is a gem. Our family learned so much! If I had this to do over again I would do the exact same thing. Thank you again.

This was by far the best tour guide and tour company . Just please don’t bother with any other company …. Seriously don’t. Elaine was our guide and she was amazing …..like super amazing. She explained every little detail of what we were about to see and very funny too! They were very professional and helpful and got us in for the early morning Vatican tour. Don’t even think about booking a tour after 7:30 am you will regret it. It’s crowded so be warned. Thank you 🙏🏼

If you come to Rome, you need to go to another country and spend time in the Vatican. Without booking onto this tour we would have queued for a long time, we started our tour at 08:00, and the queue for those not on tours was already at 2hrs. Our tour guide was amazing, full of information and liked to tell a little joke here and there. We were filled full of information as we were led through the museums of the Vatican, on the way to the awesome Sistine Chapel with its amazing celling, depicting the bible stories, and then onto the Basilica di San Pietro a truly amazing experience (esp as I am not religious, it is mind blowing). You must visit and you must use this tour company with their fantastic guides
