Excellent day. Long neck village was interesting. Tour guide was full of information and did a great job. Zip line was excellent. Really nice park and so many zip lines. Well organised and very safety conscious - all equipment was in excellent condition. Great fun for everyone. there were six in our family group with ages, ranging from 13 to 70 and we all had an awesome time. Sticky waterfall is wonderful, but we did that with another tour so since this was a private tour, we swapped that out and did the hot springs instead at my request. The hot springs were not really, what I was expecting and was a little bit disappointing, but that’s not the fault of the tour guide. Sticky waterfall is really worth a visit.

The staff was very helpful, patient, friendly, and attentive. We were treated to a succulent lunch in a relaxing natural atmosphere.

Wow what an amazing day! Joe is absolutely fantastic and speaks English very well. Whilst you do have to be up early for the tour it’s 100% worth it. Everywhere we went there was hardly anyone there (we were the first people of the day to go to the long neck village and sticky water fall). This really helps the tour fell even more private then it already is. I’d definitely recommend asking Joe to take you to the Snake Show after zip-lineing. I feel one 5 star review isn’t enough to show how amazing this day was. I’ll give it six stars out of five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time on this tour! Joe was very kind and friendly, and his car was super comfortable. We had spent the last two days in the back of an open air truck that didn’t have very good shocks. Riding in his smooth car with air conditioning and no fumes felt very luxurious. The women and children at the longneck village were very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed talking with them and looking at their goods. The zipline was a lot of fun. The equipment there is new and safe, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I’ve been on longer zipline runs, but it was a lot of fun nonetheless. If you are looking for really long runs, Joe does an extreme zipline tour at another place that has very long runs, but it is farther from Chiang Mai. We loved the sticky waterfall. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The water was clean and refreshing, and my son went up and down four times. Overall a great and memorable day!

Amazing! Joe was so knowledgable about everything in Chiang Mai. He gave us the whole run down of Thailand's current state and history and answered all of our questions! You will not regret this trip!

Joe was lovely. He knows a lot about Thailand, tells you some fun facts and his tour is a great combination of wonder & adventure! The Karen village was special to visit. The sticky watervalls are fun to climb, bring dry clothes! And the ziplining is nice, you do multiple ziplines in a beautiful adventure park, looking over the rice fields. Fun to do! Lunch was good too!

The tour guide was so kind and it was such a fun experience! We went down a waterfall and felt the water gushing down our legs and back. And visiting the long necks was really eye opening and I learned so much about them. Got some fun souvenirs at the village as well. Zip lining was hands down one of the best experiences ever. We went on about 20 ziplines, different heights and lengths. The guides were so kind and so ready to take pictures and videos.

If you are looking for some fun activity without heavy exercise, this is your tour to book. The long neck village is nice to visit. Joe, our guide, can tell you a lot about them. They appreciate any souvenir you buy there. The sticky waterfall is a lot of fun. The waterfall itself is not that big, but it is located in nice surroundings and walking/climbing a waterfall is not something you get to do everyday. You can use ropes for the way back up (you start at the top). We liked to do it barefoot, but some people wore watershoes. And if the climb is too much or you have small children with you, you can also use the stairs to skip the most difficult part. For ziplining we went to Phoenix park, beautiful and one of the few locations that are opened in the Chiang Mai area at the moment. We were first timers and we thought it was a lot of fun. They have shorter and longer lines, very safe gear and nice guys to accompany you. Since we were staying with family, we asked Joe to pick us up at a meeting point in town and he dropped us of in town. That was no trouble at all. Everything was perfectly arranged, nice drive, nice lunch and Joe speaks English very well. Thanks for a fun day!

Very fun and adventurous trip. Joe is super friendly, speaks very good English and has a lot of knowledge about Northern Thailand. Since this is a private tour, you can take your time and don't have to hurry through anything. Highly recommended tour.

Joe took us all the way from deep/interesting culture of the long back tribe to climbing a natural waterfall then to some of the best zip lining I’ve done. I can’t reiterate how unique the waterfall experience was for us. All this accompanied by a Chiang Mai local who was there to answer all our questions. 🙏 🙏🙏

My son (8 years old) is an adventurer. We came to Chiang Mai looking for a zippline day trip but found out majority of the zippline parks are closed due to Covid. I found Joe through TripAdvisor and he helped us quickly checked every place and found one open. He speaks perfect English and knows local places extremely well. He arranged the zippline trip for us and drove us the whole day. He told me we are his first customer since Covid and it is a difficult time for his family. My friend and I went on a private tour with Joe as our guide. He was very nice and friendly, and we really enjoyed the comfortable seats in his mini van :-). The day was perfect, and the combination of ziplining, sticky waterfalls and Karen Village was the perfect combination for us! We were very happy with the experience.

I really enjoyed this private tour with Joe. He picked us up right on time in his mini-van and was ready to start our day! He gave us tidbits of information about Chiang Mai as we drove out of the city. He was knowledgeable about the Karen Village. We learned about the people and their culture in a respectful manner. We were able to explore the village at our own pace and see how the Karen People live in their day to day life. I was scared to go ziplining due to my fear of heights but Joe was very reassuring that Zipline Chiang Mai was safe and I would have a great time. He was right! It was the great! The waterfalls were perfect. Joe dropped us off at the falls and rented us a locker for our belongings. He then let us enjoy our time climbing up and down. We were not rushed during any activities which was great because that's not usually the case on booked tours! Joe was the kindest gentleman. At one point I asked if there was Gatorade in Thailand because I was needing one. During our lunch, he surprised me with the Thai version of Gatorade! It was an awesome treat!

Joe was great. He was very professional and friendly. He took his time explaining each place we went to visit. He even brought us delicious coconut treats made by his wife for us to enjoy after zip lining. He was attentive and made sure we got the most out of our trip. After our activities he took us to a Resturant with the best noodle soup and ate lunch with us! It was a great experience!

Wij wilden erg graag meer van Chiang Mai zien, maar wel ook leuke activiteiten doen. Wij kwamen uit op de tour van Joe en daar zijn we onwijs blij mee! Op reis met Joe is super fijn! Hij kan je onwijs veel vertellen en creëert een relaxte en veilige sfeer. Wij hebben erg genoten!

(For German scroll down): In short words: The tour with Joe was just wonderful! The perfect choice for my birthday! 😊 Joe picked us up on time and drove us in a private tour to Long Neck Village. The car was clean and he wore the mask for us the whole time, even though we didn't need it. Once there, he gave us a leisurely tour of the village, explaining the history of the people and introducing us to them. He gave us enough time to let the impressions work. Afterwards we went to Sticky Waterfall, where we first took a walk to the source of the waterfall. The waterfall itself was much more impressive and longer than expected. You could actually climb up the pretty sticky stones in the waterfall on the feet 😃 It was super fun and even my wife, who was afraid before and did not want to go, has had real fun and has come along to the top (it is easier up the waterfall than the stairs down before ^^). If you want to play it safe, you can use the attached ropes. Joe has brought in the time our things safely back to the car and left us well over an hour to enjoy this waterfall. Afterwards we went to the Zipline Park! There's first super delicious and high quality lunch of your choice, better than in some restaurants 🤤 The staff of the park was consistently friendly and helpful, even during the subsequent ziplining! Ziplining was super well secured (double belay, European standards). One felt in good hands throughout. The guides photographed and filmed us during the process and knew exactly what to look out for. The rides in between were very pleasant, Joe told and taught us a lot, provided us with enough water and responded to our needs. Summary: A super nice tour that I can recommend to everyone, even those who are not so adventurous, because you dare more through the safety measures and just make great, new experiences that are worth every baht. Thanks again Joe for such a beautiful (birth) day! 😊🙏👍 Deutsch: In kurzen Worten: Die Tour mit Joe war einfach wunderbar! Die perfekte Wahl zu meinem Geburtstag! 😊 Joe holte uns pünktlich ab und fuhr uns in einer privaten Tour zur Long Neck Village. Das Auto war sauber und er trug für uns die ganze Zeit die Maske, auch wenn wir das nicht brauchten. Dort angekommen führte er uns in Ruhe durch das Dorf, erklärte uns die Geschichte des Volkes und führte uns an sie ran. Er ließ uns ausreichend Zeit, um die Eindrücke wirken zu lassen. Danach ging es zum Sticky Waterfall, wo wir erstmal einen Spaziergang zur Quelle des Wasserfalls gemacht haben. Der Wasserfall selbst war weitaus eindrucksvoller und länger war, als gedacht. Man konnte tatsächlich an den ziemlich haftenden Steinen im Wasserfall an den Füßen hochklettern 😃 Es hat super viel Spaß gemacht und selbst meine Frau, die zuvor Angst hatte und nicht mit wollte, hat richtig Spaß gehabt und ist bis nach oben hin mitgekommen (es geht leichter am Wasserfall hoch, als die Treppen zuvor runter ^^). Wer auf Nummer sicher gehen möchte, kann die angebrachten Seile verwenden. Joe hat in der Zeit unsere Sachen sicher wieder zum Auto gebracht und uns weit über eine Stunde Zeit gelassen, diesen Wasserfall zu genießen. Anschließend ging es zum Zipline Park! Dort gab's erstmal super leckeres und hochwertiges Mittagessen nach Wahl, besser als in manch Restaurants 🤤 Das Personal des Parks war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch beim anschließenden Ziplining! Das Ziplining war super gut abgesichert (doppelte Sicherung, europäische Standards). Man fühlte sich durchweg gut aufgehoben. Die Begleiter haben uns dabei fotografiert und gefilmt und wussten genau, worauf sie achten müssen. Die Fahrten zwischendurch waren sehr angenehm, Joe hat uns viel erzählt und beigebracht, uns mit ausreichend Wasser versorgt und ist auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Fazit: Eine super schöne Tour, die ich jedermann empfehlen kann, selbst denen, die nicht so abenteuerfreudig sind, da man sich durch die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen mehr traut und einfach tolle, neue Erfahrungen macht, die jeden Baht Wert sind.
