I loved my tour, they were able to customize it to my needs and what I wanted to see in the city. I was picked up in a private car and driven to all of the sights. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable tour guide! Would highly recommend Carioline! She took me out for lunch and was able to try things that I probably would not be brave to order myself. She assisted me in buying personalized fans for my daughters from a local artist and was treated to a tea!

Our guide Snow was great at explaining and very accommodating to us! We were picked up in a nice clean and comfortabke car. It was a shamd it was raining and we ended up deciding not to go to Shanghai Tower and they graciouslt refunded our tickets for it. Highly recommend this tour operator for visits to Shanghai!

We were assigned Mary and she was very experienced and could share a lot regarding the places we visited. She was also very accommodating with our requests, as I was traveling along with a young child. Our driver was very polite, ana we never had to wait long for pick up. His car was first class. Clean and well prepared with water and tissue.

Prompt response to pre trip enquiries. Our guide Judy was knowledgeable and pleasent. accommodating swap of site visits. The car we travelled around in was an amazing and comfortable Huawei Avatar 12 most high tech car we have ever been in. Would recommend the travel company.

I don't know how to sum this tour up in a short review because I learned so much and had such a great day with Lin! She was very fun and engaging and taught me so much. We had a great day. Alana was also very communicative and flexible. This was a fantastic tour and if you communicate with them, they're happy to ensure you have the best day possible that suits your taste. Lunch was incredible too. I did this tour on Qingming so traffic was heavy, but they were willing g to work around it and it turned out so great! Awesome tour! Thanks Lin and Alana and driver!

The trip was perfectly organised. On one hand the tour is saturated on another leisurely ;). In 1 day we visited several places of interest, I made plenty of picturesque photos. Thanks to my guide Jane I knew many interesting details and historical aspects which hardly could discover myself. Jane and Alana accept my acknowledgments for the amazing experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Cristina and the private driver. We took the tour in spanish and she was fluent and we had no problem with the language. We enjoyed going to the top of the Shanghai Tower, the bund, the jade temple and the Zhujiajiao water town. We had lunch at the water town and the food was delicious!!! It combined well with our western palate. The water town Zhujiajiao is a must if you visit Shanghai and want to spend a relaxing day. Cristina was very warm and had a lot of knowledge of the places we visited.

Tour guide Chloe is so lovely and enthusiastic which made my day! we had a wonderful day at Zhujiajiao especially getting to eat authentic Shanghainese food and even shop at fabulous boutiques. Highly recommended!

We had a great day on this tour. We arrived at the cruise terminal and Alana and our driver were waiting in the arrival hall with a sign with my name. The car was very comfortable and extremely clean. During the hour drive into Shanghai Alana explained many things about life in Shanghai. When we arrived at the YuYu Gardens we were met by Snow who led our tour the rest of the day. Both Snow and Alana spoke very good English and were very informative. Because the weather was not good we were unable to go to the Shanghai Tower. Instead, after walking along the Bund, Snow took us to a historical district that has now become an entertainment area. We had lunch in a nearby mall and Snow ordered many dishes for us to try. It was all delicious, especially the soup dumplings. We then drove about an hour to the water village. There we took a boat ride, visited stores and had coffee. It was a very interesting and beautiful place. I highly recommend this tour. It was a long day but very well organized. We saw and learned a lot. Even though we had been to Shanghai before, we saw new places and having the private tour was special.
