Excellent communications. Precise instructions. Friendly and knowledgeable. Greg offered to help a client who was seeking medical care for her spouse. He chatted with us on the way to and from the salt mine He also accompanied us to the entrance and ensured we met up with the right tour guide. This is someone who obviously cares about his clients and enjoys his work.

Excellent place to visit. Worth the money! The guided tour lasted about 3 hours. So be ready to walk a lot and remember when it is +30 outside, it is a lot colder down there. So if you cannot stand chilly places be prepared and take a jacket with you.

Had a great stay in Kracow. We had Greg as our driver to the Salt , arranges many tours of the area. He was friendly and knowledgeable and told us lots about the area as we were passing through. We booked him for our return to the airport. We are already planning our return vist to Kracow as we didn't see enough in the 3 days we were there.

We loved visiting the salt mine and seeing all of the amazing sculptures. Greg was a great guide and picked us up promptly from our hotel. Once we arrived he escorted us to the correct line for the English tour and had already purchased our tickets. When we were done he was right there waiting for us. Visiting the salt mines is an absolute must when in Kraków. Greg was absolutely brilliant and had so much knowledge. The communication about the trip was spot on and went so smoothly. There's quite a bit of walking down loads of steps (back up in the lift) but it was well worth it. Its an amazing place to visit. Will definitely be recommending Greg to family and friends back home if they come over to Krakow.

I had the chance to meet Greg in my last trip to Krakow. He was just supposed to pick me up from the airport, but then I discovered that he is much more than a simply taxi driver. He started to suggest me many things to do in Krakow, even he I was staying there for 3 days. Based on my time availabilities, he suggested me to visit Wieliczka Salt Mine the last day of my staying in Krakow and, after the tour, he has brought me to the airpot. The tour is great, well organized and I also been able to do it in my mother language (italian).
