- Minimum age is 18 years
- Recommended items to bring: thermal underwear/base layers, warm fleece top/wool sweater, fleece pants/extra long johns, thick wool socks/hiking socks, change of clothes for after the river, any necessary medications (asthma inhalers, etc.) and waterproof camera (optional)

If you love some action, this really a must do in Iceland. The hot chocolate and waffle kept us warm in the middle of the tour. Lunch was extremely tasty.Everything great from the start. Greeting, training, meeting others being as mad as us. Hurtling down the toughest river for rafting in Europe was great, even after falling in after being hit by a 5 foot swell. Safety was handled very well and if you want to raft in Iceland go here!!!!Absolutely BANGING trip down a manic river! Our guides, Benji and Anup, were utterly brilliant, making sure we got very wet and had loads of fun, but were still safe. Special thanks to Scotty for morale support getting me up the cliff so I could do the jump! Cheers all, such a great experience, x
