After leaving the lakefront we taxied across the lake to pick up more passengers from one of the lodges then took off and flew out to White Island. It was a clear day and it was great to see all the surrounds that we usually see from the ground from up in the air. Flew around the island then back...

It was a clear day and it was great to see all the surrounds that we usually see from the ground from up in the air. Flew around the island then back around in opposite direction so both sides got good views. Sadly we didn't see any dolphins but it was wonderful and down at 650 feet we had really great views. Returned back via Edgecombe, Kawerau and the lakes. Just the most amazing experience, great pilot,plenty of info on all we were seeing, and staff at the office.Beim Besuch von Rotorua buchten wir einen 30 minütigen Rundflug im Wasserflugzeug der 45 !!! Minuten dauerte. Klasse ... Es ging in einer dhc3 Otter aus dem Jahr 1954 vom See aus über Wälder und Vulkane bei herrlichster Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen..
Beim Besuch von Rotorua buchten wir einen 30 minütigen Rundflug im Wasserflugzeug der 45 !!! Minuten dauerte. Klasse ... Es ging in einer dhc3 Otter aus dem Jahr 1954 vom See aus über Wälder und Vulkane bei herrlichster Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen..Excellente expérience en hydravion ou en hélicoptère au dessus de Rotorua. Ce qui est bien, c'est qu'il y en a pour tout les budgets. Et si vous avez de la chance, vous serez même installé dans le cockpit de hydravion, à côté du pilote !!
