Absolutely fantastic story behind the business. Lloyd and Purity took us out on what we thought would be a timed and tick box cruise but it turned out to be an adventure with wales and dolphins galore! These guys absolutely love what they do and have a wealth of knowledge. Absolutely enjoyed the cruise.

Absolutely amazing whale watching company in South Africa! I saw many Bryde’s whales, 400+ Bottlenose dolphins, 2000+ common dolphins, Albino Bottlenose dolphin call “ Popcorn” , Sperm whales, Orcas and many Pelagic birds during my three boat trip with them !!! If you are cetacean or Pelagic bird nerds, I recommend to go out with this company.

The trip was great! We saw more than 200 dolphins - it was mating season - as well as penguins and a humpback whale (even though it was not the right season for whales)! I took a ton of pictures. The crew members were excellent and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

A highly professional company with a passionate and dedicated approach to the ocean inhabitants & environment in general. Their boats were immaculately maintained. Friendly, confident and happy to share their knowledge of the local dolphins, whales and birdlife with everyone. They kept the groups small, which made going out an absolute pleasure as you didn’t feel crowded. We witnessed a Brides whale & her calf, penguins and a huge pod of dolphins, which encircled the boat and became the highlight of the trip, together with the exciting return trip, on the stormy ocean. Loved racing across the big waves with speed & spray in our faces- A wonderful trip which has made a lifetime memory.

Another fabulous trip with Raggy Charters! Always have a good experience, no sightings guaranteed but they always manage to find wildlife for us. Jake and Purity are excellent and give you loads of information about the wildlife you see. Snacks included, this time a delicious cheese and tomato croissant.
