A great intro to Florence. It was just the right length. Even my teenagers loved it. Francesco was one of the best guides I have had.

Guide was great, very knowledgeable. Florence is absolutely lovely, enjoyed the art and history from the tour guide.

Very personable tour guide with a small group setting (3 couples). All details (meeting point, tour activities, etc.) as described in tour description. We actually saw many of the sites on our own (Uffizi, Statue of David, etc.) on our own prior to the tour, and this was a great way to tie it all together. Thanks!

Our guide was lovely but the tour felt lacking unfortunately. I don’t think it was worth it. We walked to a few sites but found we discovered more on our own.

Great tour for the price - was a wonderful introduction to the city and a beginner guide to Florence and the significance of the Duomo and other key spots. Loved her suggestions for museums to visit and general advice about where to go for groceries, how to know if it's real gelato, gift ideas, etc

Didn't hear 80% of the information from tour guide, because of bad microphone/speaker. I'd like to receive a refund.

Good experience for 1hour tour. I recommend it. Tip: if it’s summer, 5pm it’s a good choice:) otherwise prepare yourself :)

A tour is a great way to begin your stay in Florence! Our guide was a native English speaker with a wealth of knowledge about the city and its history. Strongly recommend!

We had a nice guide. He was explaining the history of the city in funny way. We satisfied with our tour very much.

Our guide was great. Very informative. We could hear her clearly. She covered all the famous places and monuments. It was just very hot even 5p-7p which turns out is the hottest part of the day in Florence! No gelato as described though.

In all tour that we did our guides were the most professionals. In this case Ana was so kind, knew a lot and she is so proud of Firenze. We enjoyed it and we can share the same passion that our guide has. KUDOS ANA!!!

Learned a lot about the history of Florence and the Medici family which was fascinating! We had limited time in Florence and this tour gave us a great exposure to the history of the city and its architecture!

This tour is so worth the price. My husband and I booked the walking tour because we didn't really know what Florence had to offer and after going on the tour we got a taste of it all. Our tour guide, I wish I could remember her name but she has curly brown hair and a polka dot umbrella, went above and beyond. Our tour was in English and it was a small group compared to the other languages. We had two other couples and a family. At one point, another couple got lost and the tour guide went to go look for them while the rest of us were trying our luck at the Porcellino Fountain. The other couple ended up finding us as we made our way through the Piazza della Signoria to the Arno River. My husband and I learned a lot on this tour and it gave us a look at the areas of Florence we wanted to return to and explore on our own. The only caveat to the tour is that the headsets would go in and out a lot but our tour guide would repeat herself when the headsets were cutting out. She would also ask us to stop her if at any point the headsets would stop working.

Especially enjoyed the unusual insights into modern Firenze as well as more in-depth knowledge about the history.

Lovely short walking tour. A good opportunity to get the lay of the land in Florence. Our guide Guido was terrific and gave us some terrific tips for seeing Florence. I would recommend for early in your visit.

Vraiment parfait, Claudia, notre guide était une érudit d’histoire, une vraie encyclopédie et surtout très intéressante. Elle a su agrémenté cette promenade, dépassant même l’horaire de 30 minutes, nous allouant 2 heures plutôt que 90 minutes. Vraiment parfait.
