Very informative people that let's us know the history of Waikiki and the rest of Honolulu. We always use the the trolley when we visit Waikiki.
Drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable of each area, We booked and paid ahead of time on line for all lines for a week , hop on hop off , well spent money .you get to know all areas of Waikiki. Next visit will do the same . Like to give a rating of 100 % satisfied.
Our driver went the extra mile in making sure that everyone was comfortable. He waited for the "runners", made an extra stop for cruise passengers to be closer to their ship, cleared the aisles for handicapped and made sure families sat together. However, the bus seats on the lower level were very uncomfortable, but Honolulu was beautiful, even with a little rain -- fun!
We visited oahu and Waikiki took sight seeing staff was great selection of places was great overall good experience
Our driver and guide was Ciso. He really made it enjoyable it and it was just what we wanted. And the fact that the times were so flexible, every hour, made it possible
Really enjoyed this tour! Had an awesome time and got a full basket of information about this so beautiful island!! Can highly recommend it!
I love these Hop on and off busses! Its a fantastic way to see the most of the place you're staying quickly, while getting an insider's take on local history, politics, and society in general.
Trolly drivers knowleable of area. Funny, happy, provided recommendations for dining, shopping, places to see, best times etc. Open air so you feel the sun and wind, keeping with some of the reasons you go to Hawaii for, especially if you are from rainy Oregon. Guide books said don't drive Oahu, true. These drivers are amazing for patience. Economically the best way to see a lot of South Oahu.
Best way to travel in Waikiki. Drivers are very knowledgable and friendly. Less expensive than renting and car and navigating the Island yourself.
The drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The sites amazing. This tour was a great for your money, and if I come back to Hawaii, I would do it again.
Great way to see the coast and it not just being Waikiki Beach. Beautiful scenery and amazing water. Plenty of time to hop off and take pictures. We did the blue line.
Wife and I enjoyed the trolley tour of Honolulu. We did the Red trolley which covered the city and during September took up in to the mountain. The drivers were extremely knowledgeable of the city and surrounding area. Honolulu is hot so time your stop buses are approximately 1 hour apart and there is not much shade to hide from the sun.
Enjoyed this. A great way to see the Honolulu attractions. You don’t need a car at all. The Blue line trip is not to be missed.
Great service and a great value! It was an excellent way to see the sights of Hawaii. Especially, without a rental car.
The Waikiki Trolley was a great way to see the island. Friendly drivers and very informative. We did the 7 day pass on all lines so we were able to check out everything they had to offer.
Great variety of locations and good value for the money. Save yourself the cost of a rental car and parking if you are going to be in Honolulu or its immediate vicinity.
Absolutely enjoyed my time using the 4 day all trolley lines pass to see Oahu, knowing the times and exact locations where the pick up and drop offs were, I could plan my days adventures accordingly. Highly recommend it, especially in the double decker trolleys, the best views up high above traffic, great for taking photos and videos of the beaches and sights. If you're a first time visitor to Oahu, the Waikiki Trolleys would be my recommendation to do to help you get familiar with the island.
Nice drivers I had a nice day
This was excellent value for money if staying for a week in Waikiki. The five loops took you to parts of the island you would probably would have not got to see. We loved being able to hop on and off anywhere. We used the pink line like a taxi service. All the drivers were polite and informative. Aloha.
Good value if you have a plan. Which we did.
The knowledge that each driver has was wonderful, I would do this trolley trip over again.
Great way to see the city and get about
Highly recommend as we were a party of 6with a baby.Convenient and worth the cost
Thanks to Kitty a T galleria stop...met her day 1 ..so helpful and informative
Nothing more beautiful than the coastal views every driver and tour is filled with lots of information great value love the flexibility of hopping on and off and being able to use all the trolleys with my seven day pass
If you are going to be in Waikiki for a few days, I strongly recommend the multi day all color line trolley pass. It made our sightseeing a lot easier as well as being more cost effective. The drivers are hilarious and they are very knowledgeable about Island history.
What a great way to get around while enjoying a narrated tour! We used the hop-on, hop off tour for two days to see sites like the King Kamehameha statue, the Royal Palace, the state capital, the Duke Kahanamoku statue, Diamond Head and more. The wait time is minimal, the drivers courteous and skilled. I'd highly recommend this!
Fantastic!!!! Friendly staff!!
Excellent tour by the coastline. Also the city tour was very good
Money well spent. We really utilized this. We bought all the lines for 7 days. Blue line is a 2.5 hour tour out along the coast line. The rest are all hop on/off type. My complaint to Viator are with your instructions......The only place to redeem your voucher is at the Main Terminal which is in the basement of The Galleria.
Once we exchanged our vouchers everything ran like clockwork.
