The Audio Guide is practical when it works well. Entrance to the Louvre but still waiting in line, also it ticket incl. audio guide!

No proper explanation at the office desk - one audio guide was broken after 15 minutes - back again and get another one. The tour itself was OK and informative - the organisation could be improved.
The rendezvous point was closed. No clue where to turn. Chaos!

Everything worked out great. Great guided tour
We were totally impressed with the supplied audio device with the map of the L'ouvre which highlighted the paintings. Wish we would have used your services for the Pompidou Centre.
The audioguide was very poor and didn't bring us much, only a few explanations were given, the corresponding "overview plan" shone through confusion. We were very disappointed, because we already got to know it differently (Rome, Florence)
The address given for picking up the audio guides was different. It was a bit of an effort until the audio guides were handed out. When this was done and we were able to enter the Louvre, the audio guides were very helpful.
The people in the office didn't have a clue what they were doing. We booked to go on our own tour but with Audi guide . Our 9 year old wouldn't have had to pay entrance ....but through rent a guide we paid entrance for her..... THEN.....the lady at the counter asked me if I even wanted to take the Audio guide !!!!! I told her of course I do..... What did I pay for if I don't take them????? Anyway it would have been soooop much cheaper to pay entrance and audio guide direct at the museum ......next time I will know better

On the 18th of November at 1.30pm, we didn't find anyone at Rivoli 214. The information that the meeting point changed was only given in English. At the other meeting point, we got our tickets and the audio guides, in keeping with the motto: "Go and enjoy yourself." The entrance is at Rivoli 99 where we had to post bail which we didn't know.
Everything went well, the audio guide worked perfectly, even our 9-year-old-daughter had no problems handling it and was able to manage the explainations.
