Tour with Oscar is a MUST if you are visiting Cancun resorts! I wanted to experience Yucatán outside of our resort and this tour was the perfect way of doing just that. We were able to go through the day on our own terms with a tour guide who educated us about everything we saw. Our guide Oscar was truly incredible! He made sure we all were comfortable and had the best time. Our group is diverse, more so on this trip where I wasn’t feeling the best, but Oscar made sure we all survived the hot sun and yet, saw unbelievable Chicen Itzá and the almost unreal Cenote! The lunch was lovely in a local restaurant and that, too, was important to us, because we love to try local food wherever we go. Couple of things: 1. You will be at the Chicen Itza before all the buses arrive if you leave at 6:30 AM. The magnificent Chicen Itza will not be crowded! 2. YOU will be calling the shots on how the tour will go and your needs will be a priority. 3. We never stopped asking questions ( because it was our first time in Mexico) and all of our questions were answered in a way that made us better understand and deeply respect local people, their rich history and environment. Day before our trip we all were unsure if it was a good idea- with me feeling blech and the humidity being a bit much for us, but we are soooooo glad we didn’t cancel it, because it is most certainly a highlight of our stay in Cancun. Oscar, thank you so much for sharing your love of Mayan culture with us and for paying for our local plums ( they are very interesting) and candy!

Private Tour was amazing and our tour guide Juan was great and very knowledgeable during the whole tour. He answered all our questions and showed us amazing spots for photos during trip at Chichen Itza. Would definitely recommend waking up early to get there before the crowds for amazing pictures. The restaurant we ate for lunch, Paladar De Cura, was also very good and food (the chile relleno was our favorite) was ready basically as we arrived (tour guide ordered ahead of time, which was greatly appreciated). The Oxman Cenote was great as well and we beat the bus tours so it was basically empty. Valladolid was very nice and the church in the town square makes for a great picture. Overall, we would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a private tour. The My Concierge team (Carolina, Gabby and Maria) were great with organizing and communicating with us ahead of time to schedule pick up and answered any questions we had.

The whole tour was first class and even better than we expected! The car we went in was very comfy and fully air conditioned. Seeing Chichen Itza was the main reason for us visiting Mexico, which is why we picked a private tour. We were not disappointed, it’s definitely worth paying that little bit more and I would recommend anyone thinking about it, to book it. Our tour guide Aranza, was fantastic!!! From the beginning of the tour he told us this was our day, and we do or go where we wanted to. If we needed a sit down or a drink, it was no problem. On the way there we stopped for coffee and to stretch our legs, nothing was too much trouble for him. The tour was great, he is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Mayan history. I learnt so much and could have listened to him talk all day. If we had just gone on our own, I wouldn’t have learnt even half as much as I learnt from Aranza. We then went to a lovely restaurant, Aranza advised us on what food to get, and it was delicious. We then went to the Cenote and got lots of lovely photos. I can’t thank Aranza enough, for such a great day. It was definitely the highlight of our holiday!

Abraham was a wonderful guide for the day- with lots of interesting information to share about Chichen Itza. He was prompt, friendly, a great resource for our kids and ordered us a delicious lunch! He helped make our day truly memorable, yet entirely stress-free. We all learned a lot and had so much fun. Having done the larger group tours on buses to Chichen Itza in the past, I'd 100% recommend this trip. It's worth the extra cost to have a personalized and crowd-free day.

Fantastic guide in Aranza with a wealth of knowledge on Mexican and Mayan history. Great trip from start to finish with a fascinating trip around Chitzen Ita of which Aranza had great knowledge. Lovely stop over at a Cenote refreshing and not to be missed. Fabulous lunch all in all a great experience

The tour guide was late 10 minutes. And the company was supposed to call me 48 hours before the tour to confirm and they never did. But overall the tour was amazing and we felt taken care of. For the amount I paid. I should get everything I’m told I will get.

We had a wonderful day with Oscar! We were one of the first groups into Chichen Itza and enjoyed seeing the key areas before the heat and the tour buses arrived. Oscar was very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza and we got a lot of details we would not gotten on our own. The cenote stop was absolutely gorgeous, and Oscar picked out a great selection of entrees for us to try for lunch.

The VIP Chichen Itza experience started off with great text/email communication with the company to remind of items to bring and who our tour guide would be. Aranzazu picked us up promptly at the established time and was very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole experience. He went above and beyond answering questions and providing history of the places we visited and was always ensuring our needs were met. We were lucky to get to Chichen Itza right as it opened and beat the crowds. Just prepare accordingly with sun protection gear as it gets very hot very quickly ! We chose to go to lunch before the cenote which was great and then finished with a refreshing swim in the cenote. 10/10 tour!

It was a great day! Juan was a wonderful guide and great with our 6 year old. I was worried the day would be too much for a kid but the way it was broken up was great. Chichén Itzá, then swimming in the súper cool cenote, and then food. We loved it.

Carlos was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide who whisked us through the crowds so that we could enjoy Chichen Itza without the crowds. The lunch in Valladolid included gourmet versions of Yucatec dishes and our grandsons really enjoyed the incredible cenote swim. Thanks for a great experience, Carlos. I even learned some Mayan expressions!

Carlos was a terrific guide! The private tour is very definitely the way to go. Carlos got us there at opening, steering us through the queues, and we had the place to ourselves before the crowds arrived. Our grandsons loved the incredible cenote swim and the lunch featured gourmet versions of Yucatec cuisine. Thanks for a great day! Highly recommended.

Juan was great!! Super informative, he is a wealth of knowledge. He asked what we wanted to see while we visited & showed us all of those things. He showed us countless Mayan cultural things in the modern area. I have visited this beautiful place years ago, Juan gave me a superior experience that will be remembered for a long time!! I definitely would recommend having him guide you!!!
