My partner and I are on our honeymoon in Cancun and I only booked one excursion because we wanted this to be a more relaxing vacation than a packed vacation full of outings. I am so glad that I chose this excursion!!! We were picked up by our tour guides Keshi and Miguel early in the morning so that we could beat all the traffic and get to our first stop early before all the other tourist groups arrived. At our first stop, the lagoon, we were the very first people there! we wore fins and snorkeled around the lagoon and saw the most beautiful fish! Because the water was so calm we had the chance to see thousands of fish of all kinds, some beautiful and bright in color, some in huge schools swimming around us. Our second stop was at an open air cenote and that’s the picture that i’ve included on this post. it was the most amazing and magical spot. we could jump in off a platform into the deepest part of the cenote and the best part was that this was totally private!! we had the whole place to ourselves to rest and relax. it was truly the most amazing experience being there. Our third stop was a cenote in a cave. There is nothing else like seeing this. We got into the water and started snorkeling, going to parts of the cave that when we turned off our flashlights were completely pitch black, we saw an under water river, and got to see all the natural growth and movement inside the ancient cave system. The best part of the tour though were our guides. Keshi and Miguel were so informed about the creation of the yucatán peninsula and the history of the mayans and the cenotes. they guided us through the lagoon and the cenote in the cave, snorkeling beside us or ahead of us. They made this experience unforgettable. After the cenotes, they suggested a wonderful lunch place were we got tacos al pastor, a quesadilla, a taco loco (a huge specialty taco the restaurant makes), and horchata. It was so good and had very many locals dining there so it wasn’t the typical tourist trap. If you are on the fence about an excursion to book choose this one!!! Ask for Keshi or Miguel to be your tour guides because they made sure we had the best time on our tour. Also if you are nervous about leaving your resort, like i was, don’t be! We are in cancun which is about an hour and 50 minutes from the first stop and it was a totally safe commute both ways. it was just like traveling on any major highway in the states. We’ve gone on excursions around the world but this was truly the trip of a lifetime. We 1000% recommend it!!!Davidchaimovitz

We have just finished a brilliant private tour with Johny. We were collected early and taken to the first spot where we were the only people in the lagoon, and again at our second spot we were the only swimmers - we loved that there were no big tour groups around and we could enjoy everything at our own pace. All the places we visited were beautiful and Johny ensured we were comfortable and got the most out of the trip, whilst also taking some amazing photos of us. We finished with a delicious seafood lunch which was the best food of our trip. The company were extremely responsive and helpful on chat, organising a tour for us last minute with ease, and we would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Our group had such an amazing time today touring and swimming in the cenotes. Johnny was an AMAZING guide and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable day! He took pictures for us all day so we can always remember this time together. Tony, our secondary guide and driver, was also wonderful and got us to each destination safely and provided an extra set of expertise as we snorkeled in various locations. I would 100% recommend spending the day doing this tour! Make sure you ask for Johnny and Tony! You won’t regret it, we had SO MUCH FUN.
