All in all, I would say the tour experience was very good. Our guide, Ruben, was excellent. The tour was well-organized and the group was fairly small (under 15 persons). My only criticism was that the description for the tour mentioned that it would be by minivan to Versailles. Instead we were transported by bus with several other large groups. However, the bus was clean and comfortable and it ended up not being a big deal. Also, the half day tour was a bit short if you wanted a thorough tour of the entire structure and the gardens. However, it was perfect for our group.

Versailles was amazing - our tour guide was informative & friendly. We had extra time to wander in the beautiful gardens.

The guide was disorganised and her English was very poor to the extent all in our group of 12 could not understand most of what she said. To think we spent nearly $600 on this tour to find it was so bad, it was a shocking waste of money. We will be pursuing a refund through Viator complaint processes and, if necessary applying to Tribunals or the Courts to seek recompense for a grossly poor performance by Viator.

Great tour! I’m so glad I went with them and not the other company I’d booked that cancelled my tour for no reason. Perre was fantastic!

Great tour! Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Coach bus was comfortable. Just be aware that this is a very crowded with tourists - but our guide kept us together wonderfully.

Our tour guide was great I especially like the hall of mirrors and Marie-Antoinette’s bedroom with the hidden doors I would highly recommend this tour to other people

The tour guide was great. She was wonderful and lovely, but the entire tour was a bit of a mess. The small group was very large and we had to wait out in the hot sun for a very long time with a lot of frustrated people / we did not have the appropriate earpieces for the tour at first and we did not have tickets for a while and we were very uninformed as to what was going on.—we missed a lot of our time that we could’ve been exploring and it was not a great experience.

This was supposed to be a small tour with private transportation. We were put on a bus with another group. Our tour guide was good but we had to rush through the castle & gardens. Not a very good value for the price charged. Disappointed

An interesting tour, the place is charming, the gardens are wonderful, but the number of visitors to the place weighs on the experience, try to arrive in the morning.

Not a mini coach to location as advertised, but on a double decker bus with multiple groups.. Small groups once at location. The English speaking guide wasn't very clear, hard to understand. Guided tour was supposed to include gardens, it did not.. Had to do the gardens on our own. Not worth the price paid for the tour.

This was an excellent tour. Our guide was excellent and informative. Pickup and return were on time, and it was a short, comfortable bus trip. It was a great way to see one of the spectacular not to be missed sites in Paris.

Great service. Everything was very easy to navigate and very organized. Only issue, we could not hear the lady on the tour due to the head pieces having so much static. She was able to fix them about half way through by changing her mic. Everything else was perfect!

This tour was a waste of time and money. It was disorganized, rushed, and often confusing. (See other reviews on Trip advisor) After being herded into large buses like schoolchildren, we arrived at Versailles for our scheduled 9:00 a.m. entry only to wait an entire hour while our guide, Carlos, tried to secure our tickets. He dismissively blamed the Versailles workers and invited us to complain to them while we waited in the parking lot for our tickets. "No worries," he said when some of the people on this tour noted that we had lost an hour that we had paid for. When we finally did get our tickets, we were rushed through the gardens (which were spectacular) with hardly a minute for photos. Visiting inside the palace was much worse. There was a terrible scrum at the main door while Carlos and other tour guides jockeyed for entry. Once inside, we shuffled through each of the magnificent rooms with hundreds of other tourists, shoulder to shoulder as if we were on a rush-hour commuter train. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the history of Versailles, but much of the time he was obscured by the crowds and too far ahead of our group for us to see what he was even referring to and to appreciate the information he was providing. He moved too quickly, despite the pressing crowds, and made numerous cynical comments and then he simply left us all in the main courtyard to wait for the bus back to Paris (the driver of which nearly left without our group). Versailles is a marvelous place, but it is far too crowded (the managers of Versailles should consider limiting the number of people who enter at any one time), and Paris City Vision is an unprofessional tourist trap of a company. Visit Versailles on your own or use a different tour company.

The tour guide, Julienne, was very good. He gave us a very knowledgeable explanation of the various rooms, art,and history of Versailles. The Departure process, however, should have been more organized with better signs explaining who we needed to see for our check in process as there were several tours in the same area.

Clémence was outstanding. The information she provided made it possible to remember all the details for a very long time. She prepares and does not just read a script. Her kindness and clear direction made this an absolute pleasure.

This tour was extremely disappointing. The tour guide didn’t have the tickets so we waited outside for 50 minutes. The tour guides translation into English was poor. Most of the tour left the guide and looked around themselves.
