This was very disorganized and not as billed. It was supposed to be small group (up to 15), but was more like 22 in the actual group. It was supposed to be by minivan but we were on busses of at least 60. They had us with this guide, then that one, back to this one. They started late and rushed us through with 20 minutes for the gardens at the end, which is impossible to do. The best part of the trip was Celine, our guide, who was sweet and knowledgeable. Other than that, way overpriced and not at all worth it.Please without rain We were not able to go into the garden. I will probably come at a later time so I can see the gardens in bloom

We splurged on this ticket because we wanted a more intimate experience. We were promised transportation in a minivan, less than 15 people in the group, vip access with an English speaking guide. They showed up with a huge charter bus with around 30 + people and a guide (super nice) but with an accent so think we couldn’t understand. We stood out front of Versailles for about 20 minutes watching other groups cut in front of us while our guide dealt with another upset person on the tour (who I believe was told would have a Spanish guide and there was no Spanish guide for her). By the end of the tour, most of our group had wandered off from the guide. I would assume because they couldn’t understand her English either. At this point, we didn’t even have an audio guide so we paid (after refund) $115 each to wander around Versailles unguided. The tickets to enter were around $18 Euros and we could have got a taxi for Much cheaper. Maybe this excursion would have been ok (if you have the patience to decipher English with a super thick accent) AND we’re expecting an inexpensive tour on a charter bus, if that’s what you wanted. This was NOT what we paid for.
