Klar war das Essen am Schluss mit Dessert und Wein der krönende Abschluss, aber auch das Zubereiten war interessant. A very vary and cool cooking class, with lots of food, wine and desserts. Alex made the class even better with his sympathy and will to make the class a real Italian experience.
If you’ve been looking through loads of cooking courses for Verona (as I did), save yourself some time and go with this one. We had the very charming Christina As our guide through risotto, fresh tagliatelle and tiramisu making, with local ingredients. The few hours flew by and the final dishes were wonderful. Christina was a great teacher and made the lesson really enjoyable. Thanks!
Der Kochkurs war einfach sensationell. Wir waren nur zu fünft und hatten eine Menge Spass. Christina ist eine waschechte Veronesin. Sie hat uns viele Geheimtipps aus ihrer eigenen Küche näher gebracht und hat uns mit ihrer Leidenschaft fürs Kochen angesteckt. Die Küche ist unglaublich stylisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die muss man gesehen haben! Alles in allem die beste Aktivität, die wir während unserem Italienaufenthalt gemacht haben.
What a lovely experience! Cristina was so good at explaining to us about how to make traditional Veronese dishes. We went on the last day of our holiday and we both said it was the best part! Alejandro was excellent! He was very patient and made sure everyone understood all the techniques being implemented. He shared lots of background and historical information about techniques and ingredients. He created a fun an interactive atmosphere that made it feel like we were creating and sharing a meal with family. The food was delicious and the servings were very generous. At the end of the dinner, he took time to share local history, wine information snd suggestions on things to see and do while in Verona. This was a great experience and highly recommend to others.

We absolutely loved the cooking class! All of the recipes were delicious and straightforward to cook so you know you'll be able to impress people once you get home! Our chef Yasmine was lovely and very helpful. Overall a wonderful and relaxed way to learn some Italian style cooking!
The chef was knowledgeable and we cooked amazing dishes! I am glad to have learned how to make pasta from scratch! We also made a delicious tiramisu. Wonderful!
Cristina is amazing in her sharing of cooking authentic Italian recipe for pasta and tiramisu. It is a great way to meet like minded people if are alone while your husband is working or go in a group of friends. I am waiting to go home and try it out on my own which will not be a problem as Cristina gave everyone a cookbook to take away.
I really like this whole morning class. The only problem was that didnt have all the ingredients or utensils to work comfortable. Also the chefs didn't understand English very well.
The chef was friendly and easy to understand and the food was excellent as well. I cannot wait to go home and try making the pasta again! :-) highly recommended!
