• Fresh handmade pasta - You'll taste the typical Veronese pasta in a modern and welcoming gastronomy that has become a point of reference for the Veronese.
• Risotto all'amarone - One of the typical specialties of the Veronese tradition that combines Vialone Nano rice and Amarone wine from Valpolicella region.
• Verona style cod fish - A recipe appreciated throughout Verona. Alternatively, you can also taste two other main dishes the "Pastissada" or Polenta with soppressa.
• Risino - A dessert from Veronese tradition based on rice, which you will hardly find outside the walls of fair Verona.
