Stop At: Fraser Taxi & Tours, Back Street, Kingstown VC0120 St. Vincent
Hike a 3km trail that is 90% covered by a canopy of tree. Listen for and observe the parrot, our national bird in it's natural habitat. Learn the names and usefulness of many plant species. Look for and identify animal species by their tracks and sign.

Definitely a must if you want to learn about the local plants and animals. Fraser is so knowledgeable and friendly, and really cares about us and our experience. He always provides us with water, drinks, amazing mangoes, snacks, and even water shoes and towels. 100% would recommend!This was our third trip with Fraser during our stay in St Vincent and once again we had an amazing afternoon. This was our third trip with Fraser during our stay in St Vincent and once again we had an amazing afternoon. We began with eating a delicious lunch made by Fraser at the start of the trail, which was an extra as he knew we wanted to try some proper Caribbean cuisine. The walk then took a couple of hours with lots of stops for pictures, information about the flora and fauna of the forest and mango. It is a circular route with a good path, mostly up to start with and then back down steps to the car park. We then went for a swim in the river which was a refreshing end to the walk. Once again our trip with Fraser was another highlight of our holiday. Highly recommend his company for experiencing what St Vincent has to offer.We really enjoyed this trip with Fraser. It started with a homemade lunch (delicious saltfish and breadfruit), then we went on the nature walk and finished it with a swim at table rock (picture attached). It started with a homemade lunch (delicious saltfish and breadfruit), then we went on the nature walk and finished it with a swim at table rock (picture attached). He taught us a lot about the plants and animals throughout the day and we got to eat a mango at the rest stop (a tradition in every Fraser trip). Very fun day!This tour is amazing. You learn so much about St.Vincent from fraser who keeps feeding you all sorts of information. Important buildings, the beaches and the beautiful scenery. You have excellent WiFi that works on the bus as you are travelling around this amazing island.
