The tour was very insightful into the history of Venice. Our tour guide was very friendly and showed us all the cool and spooky places in Venice

Our tour guide Christina was enthusiastic. The tour felt a little disorganized (some of which was unavoidable as the high tides meant flooding in areas of the city which we had to work around) but we felt like the stories didn’t match many of the areas we walked on the tour and some were not detailed or even scary. It was an ok experience.

It was very boring and the guide was inept. We left after the first hour. She rambled on. It was mostly stories. I went on a ghost tourin Venice many years ago and it was fantastic. This was not

Tour guide was funny and eccentric and tried her best to get the group involved. Some of the stories were good, but the tour guide wasn’t a natural born story teller, so it was hard to understand the point or the climax of some of the stories. Plus, for a city that has such an eerie atmosphere, especially at night, there aren’t actually that many creepy ghost stories or legends. The tour felt padded out with generic history as opposed to the macabre.

We look forward to an entertaining guide, scary ghost stories and some history...not sure this did much of that. The guide did not tell us his name, so cannot state that. We did walk alot and the headphones worked. Am also turned off by anti-Catholic side comments. Am sure there are many other groups that did even worse things all over Italy.

It was a nice to see some of the hidden streets and alleyways of Venice at night. Tour guide was hard to hear most of the time due to the business of the city. Tour was a bit chaotic getting going due to people being late and group not staying together.

5 out of 6 people of our group found the tour very poor, not a ghost tour and not an hostorical tour. I appreciate the guide effort but the result was not good

Our tour guide Christina was very interested and managed to tell everything passionately and convincingly. She recommended a couple of places we should visit when it's daytime and we did. The places we visited were really worth the time and she definitely made our trip here a lot better!

Learnt quite a lot about Venetian history and things you wouldn’t expect! Our guide was great, knowledgeable and funny! Would highly recommend the tour!

We loved our time with our very entertaining and knowledgeable guide. The stories about the history of some of the buildings and squares were fun to learn.

Unfortunately during the tour we were taken to many busy tourist areas. Our guide did not have a microphone and was soft spoken, so we missed a lot of the information, as we could not hear it over the noise. The locations we went to were very interesting, and I would recommend it if you could be assured of being able to hear.

This tour is a scam. The guide did not show up. We asked around and a different local guide said she never heard of Avventure Bellissime and some waiters in the square said that people are always looking for the tour but no one ever shows up. I tried to contact the tour guide with the after hours number they provided, but was unsuccessful. I also instant messaged them but they never replied. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

This was a great tour. Our guide, Christina, did an excellent job making sure everyone could hear her. She also was able to answer everyone’s questions. The stories were interesting and it was fun to hear about some of Venice’s “darker history”

very interesting tour not very haunted/ghostly. Seemed to be making things up a little. But a good overview of the city.

The lady was very nice, showed up on time, and led us through the little streets of real Venice - where no one goes, no tourists, only a person or two on their way home! I could hear my footsteps. It is not that much of a ghost story tour ( although we heard couple of stories ), but more like a historical thing. Learned a lot of interesting facts and saw places which I could have seen otherwise. I strongly recommend. P.S.

This was a great way to get to know the city and really cool to do it after dark. The your had some great ghost stories/legends, and our guide also shared lots of interesting general information about the city. Gave me ideas for other things I want to check out while here!

Our tour felt very uninspired. Christina was nice but didn’t have many stories and the places we walked during the tour were often not very interesting back alleys. Most of the stories were not connected to the places we walked. I saw much more interesting stories in a book at our apartment and could probably have led a better tour for our group. Hopefully the company will dig a little deeper into Venetian lore and develop a better tour.

The guide seemed nice but we couldn’t hear for the first half of the tour. There were 22 people and it was a packed night in the squares of Venice, and a guide without the typical ear radios of every other tour. DEFINITELY need radios so the guide can walk and talk. Too much walking without any explanations from guide, which would have been solved by the earpieces.

Fun few hours exploring Venice and heating about legends and some ghosts. Great way to see Venice in the evening

This was an incredible trip in the right amount of time, in the cooler evening with a fair amount of walking. Sergio was an incredible guide who knew the stories behind the city. The information gained and opportunities to hear spooky tales were a great addition to walking around the city earlier in the day and the next day.
