We had a wonderful time with Monica. The bike tour was designed to have just the right amount of ride and rest to allow us to see the countryside and relax. She even gave us wonderful tips about sites in the area to see - in addition to history and interesting facts along the ride. We highly recommend this trip!

We were two families of eight people (including 4 teenagers / young adults) and hired 8 bikes to cycle along the Brenta Canal from Villa Pisani at Stra to Dolo and then on to Mira before cycling back to Villa Pisani at Stra again (where we had left our cars). Travel & Bike (Monica, then Gianluca) were there to meet us at both ends, all the bikes were in great condition and worked perfectly. They helped us to work out the best routes and timings before we left. We had a great day out relaxing in the Veneto countryside before braving the tourist trail of Venice. Thank you very much indeed !

This was a very fun day. It was wonderful to see the countryside outside of Venice. Gianni was a great guide. We made stops along the way and enjoyed the local places. My favorite stop was his home, a lovely B&B right on the river. It was very relaxing.

We had a fantastic time on the beautiful bike ride in the Venice countryside. We enjoyed the stop for coffee and pastry halfway through our adventure, and our final stop for cicchette at the end. We passed by gorgeous villas and Gianluca allowed us as much time as we wanted to stop and tour or take pictures. I highly recommend this tour! For us it was a wonderful break from the Easter chaos in Venice.

Gianluca was a gem ! We were only 2 x (my partner and I) so he tailored the tour to us - we had the most amazing day and couldn't have hoped for a better way to learn about Venetian culture, see beautiful architecture and eat delicious pasta. Couldn't recommend enough : )

What a wonderful day with had biking through towns and the countryside with our fabulous host! Gianluca was prompt, enthusiastic, and an all-around lovely human being! He managed to impart useful historical knowledge while also giving us time to take in the beauty of our surroundings. We set a pace that was manageable and relaxing while also covering a good amount of ground. We finished with a lovely lunch that also catered to the food allergies of one of our group. We've not stopped talking about this bike ride and how much we've enjoyed it. What a memory, thanks to the kindness and spirit of Gianluca.

We spent a lovely time with Gianluca. Our family of 5 (parents and 3 adolescents) enjoyed a calm day, cycling through a serene landscape along the Brenta river. Gianluca was a very friendly and knowledgable guide, and willingy adjusted to our wishes. The bikes were in good shape, The trip was slow-paced, i.e. well adapted to our requirements. We can absolutely recommend Gianluca and his team.

After being in the hustle and bustle of Venice for a couple of days, this tour was perfect. We were met by Gianluca at the ferry, and the whole experience was relaxing and fun. The pace was perfect, and he was so knowledgeable about the area. Ending at the delicious restaurant was perfect. We also enjoyed seeing his home along the canal. I highly recommend this tour.

Gianluca was an amazing guide and wonderful host. He went out of his way to help us with our transfer to a airport hotel. We saw the beauty of the mainland, ate local fish and got a true look at the area. The bike riding was perfect and easy and he gave us several options to extend our day if we wished. He was very informative And knows a lot about the history of the area. Highly recommend this trip!

Gianluca was a great guide --knowledgeable, fun, and patient. We saw beautiful parts of Italy, had a fun time on the bikes, toured a museum, met his wife and ate a delicious lunch. We all had so much fun!

Gianluca was a great host. The day was very hot but, he ,managed to have enough stops for cooling down. He was very knowledgeable of the sites we visited and accompanied us right to the end of the trip where we had lunch and took the bus back to Venice.

Today I was very lucky to Have Gianluca give me a guided bike tour from Fusina to Dolo. We rode at an easy pace so I could take photos, stopped for Gianluca to tell some history, had coffee and finished with a wonderful lunch at Hostaria Corona. The lunch was a delicious selection of seafood at a local restaurant that you’d never find yourself. Gianluca was very informative and always helpful. I would recommend this tour if you would like to escape crowds and see real Italy off the tourist path. And of course to exercise.

My wife and I had a great bike ride with John Luca. The weather was great and we were the only two people on the ride. The bikes are a very good condition and very easy to ride. The ride was very leisurely with frequent stops at points of interest. We rode about 20 kilometers in 4 hours. The ride was on flat roads next to a Canal. We finished with a leisurely lunch at a local traditional Italian restaurant. I would recommend the ride to anyone who wants to experience the quieter rural side of Venice.

I did the half day Venice countryside tour with my two adult daughters. Gianluca was waiting for us at the ferry in Fusina and we hopped on the bikes from there. The bikes were in great condition and easy to ride. The ride itself was easy, flat and relaxing. We rode through some countryside and villages. We Stopped now and then and Gianluca always offered for us to stop for coffee or whatever we wanted. We didn’t need anything so just kept riding. He was informative and helpful and very friendly. We stopped in at his home, which is also a B&B, for a drink and sat out the back which opens into the river Brenta. I loved the morning and it was such a nice break from the crowds of Venice for a few hours.

The tour owner and operator accommodated me even though I was 24 hours late. I mixed up the days and tried to change the date at the last minute. Even though it was my fault Guanluca showed up and gave me a wonderful tour by bike! It was an excellent tour!

We had our own private tour, just the 3 of us and John. It was SO nice to get away from the busy city and bike through towns along the canal. We had a wonderful time.
