- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

Cuidado, cobran una comisión de 50 euros sobre el precio de 4 entradas. El supuesto guía sólo consiguió los tickets y nos introdujo dentro del museo. Luego desapareció al terminar su trabajo. Es decir, 50 euros de comisión por no hacer cola; es lo único que hizo. Desde luego, para mi una estafa.

Son unos ladrones, solo les importa ganar el dinero y maltratan a sus usuarios, usan sus cupones grupales para accesos según su conveniencia, te pueden tener horas parado y hacerte regresar innumerables veces y hasta cínicamente ya que te arruinan él día esperando hacer de usa del recorrido que adquiriste, te devuelven el dinero sin más. Es mejor comprar las entradas en los sitios oficiales, aunque yo caí con ellos comprando las entradas a través del RYANAIR, los de la aerolínea cuando te quejas de su operador en Roma intervienen y se quedan con promesas y buenas intenciones de estos mafiosos de RomeTours Tickets, te las trasladan, pero no pasa nada sigues solo con estos ladrones que seguro te arruinarán tu itinerario del viaje. Además de cambiarnos horario varias ocasiones en dos recorridos y cambiar uno de ellos porque según no había ya entradas disponibles, nos vendieron unos más del que ya no pudimos disfrutar porque nos daban nueva fecha para realizarlo cuando ya estábamos en nuestro lugar de residencia, no te escuchan ni tienen interés en darte un servicio profesional. Son una mafia que te engañan como por ejemplo a nosotros nos dijeron que no podías subir a la cúpula de san Pedro y era mentira. Te escriben mil veces cambiando las condiciones cuando ya contrataste los tour. Son un caos y de verdad nuestra experiencia en Roma fue muuuuuuuuuy mala gracias a ellos. Buenas tardes , hemos pagado 50€ euros de mas ya que creeiamos que podriamos entrar sin colas e iba a haber un servicio alguno como bien se presentaba , pero no , no habia ningun servicio , solo me ayudaron a cruzar una carretera , y coger los tickets de la taquilla , yo desde que tengo uso de razon puedo hacerlo eso por mi misma . Presentan que dan un servicio pero lo unico que garantizan es acabar con la paciencia de la gente ya que tuvimos qué esperar 15 minutos de mas a que llegase el señor que solo nos dio los tickets y nos ayudo a cruzar la carretera . Hemos escrito al servicio para preguntar porque se nos habia cobrado de mas y encima me preguntan que porque no lo he reservado desde el Vaticano en vez de con ellos , y para finalizar su maravilloso mensaje me dicen que tengo que usar mi cerebro antes de hablar . Yo no se que tipo de edicacion ha recibido este tipo de gente que escribe estos mensajes , recomiendo que cambien el personal , o que aprendar a no faltar el respeto a sus clientes porque asi lo unico que consiguen es perder clientes .
