Well, I am honestly shocked to share we purchased tickets for October 3, 2020's tour and got stood up. We waited at the corner of Taylor and California (pee the directive of the tickets) for thirty minutes, hoping to see a vampire walk up with her famous candles but nothing. Very disappointing and trying to get in touch with eventbrite and the organizer for a refund but you know how those things go... Maybe choose a pumpkin patch instead if you are trying to enjoy Halloween 2020.I grew up near San Francisco. There is much about the city that I never knew. I grew up near San Francisco. There is much about the city that I never knew. On a whim, I decided to spend Halloween on the Vampire Tour up on Nob Hill. I never go to Nob Hill. I've probably been to the Fairmont once to see a show. I was concerned about parking and driving up some steep grade. This was no problem at all. I made a reservation at the Crocker Garage and zoomed right in there. After I parked, I found Mina Parker walking by the park with a glowing candelabra in her hand. Eventually, many more people met us across the street from Grace Cathedral. There was a nice crowd of people there, but Mina could be easily heard by everyone. I was surprised by the number of local people on the tour. Sometimes, these people chimed in with their personal experiences. The tour is not scary or spooky. Do not expect gore! Mina is a nice vampire with a good sense of humor who has lived in the tunnels under Nob Hill for well over a century. She tells amazing stories about the history of the area. She lived them. I intend to go back up to Nob Hill and explore more since I took the tour. Its a wonderland up there. Tourists to San Francisco should visit Nob Hill. Take a cable car!A great experience! Mina was so informative and engaging while giving us a fun perspective on the always interesting and sometimes spooky history of the Nob Hill buildings. We really enjoyed her enthusiasm and energy while telling us secrets of old San Francisco. Very enjoyable

Went on Mina Harker's Vampire Tour recently...she kept us entertained with stories and history on the hill. All in our party enjoyed it. Just the right tempo and mood for an enjoyable evening out while we were visiting THE City ! !A unique, fun tour. Costumed host Mina Harker tells tales and takes you on a nice walk that shows off SF landmarks and signature views. Note: WEAR LAYERS! Don’t go by the temperature. This is San Francisco and it gets windy and cold on the hilltops!
