Ciao, sembrava tutto molto bello. Tutto era andato per il meglio. Al desk in 10 minuti avevo risolto e pagato il saldo del noleggio e la cauzione di 580 €. Non era vero, infatti dopo un mese della cauzione nemmeno l'ombra.....ho scritto email ma non rispondono ho telefonato e non rispondono. Allo...

Allora mi sono insospettito...e leggendo le altre recensioni ho capito cos'è successo a quel desk. Nonostante avessi sottoscritto un'assicurazione aggiuntiva al momento della prenotazione loro fan finta di dirti che è la cauzione invece tu firmi per un'altra assicurazione che non serve a niente!!!! Sono dei criminali da fermare!!!! Chissà se rivedrò più i miei soldi!!! Evitate se potete!!
