Alessandro and Leonardo are the best Vespa tour guides ever!!!!!! The tour was so cool - we drove the vespas and occasionally stopped to learn about different areas. At the end of the tour, we went to an old palace for a wine tour and lunch, which was great! I highly recommend this tour and Alessandro and Leonardo as tour guides!!!

This is definitely my favorite part out of my Italy trip. The tour starts off with a short practice time in a small lot and there was an assessment to see whether you could safely drive a Vespa. The assessment is simple - to see whether you could make some turns and start and stop. I have never driven a Vespa/scooter before but I managed to pass. However, 2 out of 8 in our group was not able to drive and they ended up seeing the tour on the guides’ Vespas. For the inexperienced people like me, we didn’t end up on the true Vespas (we got normal scooters), but that is understandable. The actual tour was amazing! You drive for ~2 hours on beautiful Tuscany hills with some stops on the way to learn about the vineyards and castles and also take pictures. You do share the road with cars (although it was very few cars) so for some that could be a bit scary. Finally, we ended the tour with a winery walkthrough and lunch which was alright but talking with the guides at lunch were fun! Of course they take you to the shop at the end but there was no pressure to buy anything. However, if I had space in my luggage I probably would have since the wine and olive oil was pretty good. So overall I enjoyed this experience very much!! They also offer drop you off at the Michelangelo Plaza if you would like so that’s a cherry on top! I got to enjoy some beautiful views of the city and I didn’t have to make the hike up the hills!

This tour was more than we expected, and our guides Leo and Alessandro made the experience complete with their preparation, description of what we should expect not only for the scenery and safely navigating the hills on a Vespa, but also imparting their knowledge of the history and current occupation of the local vintners. Leo was also a great photographer for us! Lunch was also more than we expected. The farm host family were so nice, the food and drink were so good. We were just sad it had to end. This tour is an absolute must for anyone who wants to get a rich taste of the Tuscan hill towns.

I enjoyed this tour so much! Although I didn’t pass my “driving “ test, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I was able to ride with one of the guides (Alessandro) and he told me so many things I otherwise wouldn’t have known. The castle where we had lunch was magnificent and so special. I can’t say enough good things about this tour! Much love to Alessandro and Ben who were amazing

Step away from the city and breathe the air. The vistas are incredible. Our guides, Alex and Leo were not only incredibly knowledgeable about the region and the wine growing, but safety came first. They were also very fun, and enjoyable companions as well. Our entire group bonded over the experience, this is a must do in my opinion whenever you are in Florence.

What an incredible day for our family of 5. Ben and his team were warm, welcoming and full of conversation! So many fun tips and the best photographers around lol. The castle was gorgeous and the food was marvelous. Thank you for the best day in Italy!

Alex and Leonardo were excellent guides. Alex provider in depth history of the Tuscany Vineyards with a passion for his homeland. Leonardo made certain everyone was happy and had a memorable photo. The lunch was an authentic family style experience and we all wanted to stay and enjoy the afternoon together.

I booked the tickets the day before and screwed them up. I called the number and it was sorted out right away. We were the only ones on the sunset ride and it was awesome.Alessandro was extremely accommodating and very personable. He was very easy to talk to and gave great commentary on all aspects of the trip. I would not hesitate to book with them.

Trust the reviews! We are a couple in our 30s and traveled all through out Italy and this was the highlight of our trip! Our tour guides did a fantastic job in teaching us how to ride the vespa and making us feel safe while riding. There was an older lady in our group (about in her 60s) and she could not get the hang of the vespa. She ended up riding with our tour guide and at the end of the tour, she was crying on how amazing it was even though she didn't get to drive the vespa herself. They truly do a great job in making everyone feel included. The Tuscany hills are so beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. For people who get car sick, the drive to Tuscany is very winding.. so plan accordingly.

Ben was an amazing instructor and guide. He was informative and took his time with our group to make sure we were all confident with our riding skills before we hit the road. Gladly, we were all able to drive our own vehicles even though it was all our first time driving a vespa. The views were amazing and the food and wine were so delicious. Cannot say anything bad about this experience. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. I am totally recommending to all my friends and family.

The most fun thing we did in Florence! Perfect weather, some of the best scenery in the world and absolutely brilliant guides. Our 2 superb English ex pat guides, Angus and Ben, made the tour fun, amusing and informative with never a dull moment and total professionalism throughout. The views were stunning, the Vespers smooth and quick (without being at all scary) and the stop-off for lunch at Grazia's villa for some fantastic home-made cooking and local wine crowned the day. We also shared the tour with a lovely group of American tourists. I learned so much from Ben: from local history to wine producing, from horticulture to pronunciation and also where else to visit. This is a really valuable opportunity for those on a short trip to get out of the city just for half a day to taste a little of the true Tuscany. For anyone worried about riding the scooters: you will be given excellent training and a thorough safety briefing - it really is just like riding a pedal bike but with a small engine, no gears to worry about and no effort up those winding hills! If anyone doesn't feel 100% comfortable, there's always the option to ride pillion with your partner or the guide or someone else. And it's not just for youngsters either - I am 60, my wife is 50 and we had a great time - and we shared our tour with others of all ages who enjoyed it just as much. Worth every penny. Don't miss.

As part of our Honeymoon to Florence we came across these guys. We only booked a day before...but managed to get a place. (I gather during busier months you will have to book slightly more in advance as it is very popular) Ben, Alessandro and the team were incredibly welcoming and eager to provide a great experience. Safety was crucial to them, and they only let you ride if you feel comfortable and are capable. We booked two Vespas but ended up sharing one, but in all honesty it was ideal...we managed to chat all the way around and Jen could also take some great videos and pictures on the move... Knowledge of the area, the history and even farming methods of both olive oil and wine was great. The scenery was of course fantastic. We had some great weather for early spring. I was in shorts which was fine for me... but you defo need a wind proof jacket for wind chill. Local farm for a spot if home cooked lunch and homegrown ingredients was ideal...the fried artichokes were amazing and the view was fab. Lovely drop of wine to round off the morning... Wine is only served after you have driven around...in case you are wondering... 100% recommend. Very professional, yet relaxed and welcoming.

This tour was so fun! Safety is a priority for the tour team. My daughter rode like a pro, I was happy to be a passenger with Ava! We had a lovely drive and day.. The team was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Loved listening to Ben and the other guys. Lunch in the castle was very nice, we had a great time! Thank you!

The highlight of our honeymoon in Italy!! Alessandro was a brilliant and kind guide. It was our first time driving a Vespa and they made it easy to learn. The views were incredible, and lunch/wine was excellent! I recommend this to anyone traveling to Florence.

My mom and I had an absolutely incredible time on this tour. We spent one week in Italy, every day in a different place, and this tour through Tuscany was our favourite stop - and the team was a big reason for that. They are very communicative and easy to get a hold of, instructions are clear, and they are well organized and timely. On top of that they are very understanding and patient and willing to make accommodations. I felt completely safe and trusted their expertise and had the most amazing time. They really put so much work into organizing this trip, they are very knowledgeable, and have great partnerships in the area ensuring you can have a unique and memorable experience. My only advice would be to dress warm as it will be chilly rising the vespa! And definitely book separate Vespas per person if you've never driven a vespa before. Also, if you are from Canada, you will not be able to ship wine home so be prepared to take it with you. We practiced driving the vespas in a parking lot and passed the test. 😄 We then toured the beautiful countryside on the vespas. We stopped several places to take pictures and learn about the vineyards, olive groves and castles. We were there in November and they were harvesting olives for olive oil. We tasted the fresh olive oil during lunch at one of the castles as well as tasting the Chianti wines. Delicious!

Ben was an exceptional guide and we all really loved our time together. It was a cool November day but that didn’t detour the group from having a fantastic 2 hours on the Vespa’s exploring castles and countryside. Lunch was authentic and I pick up some award winning wine too!
