Amazing tour. Long day but very well organized. Olivia, our tour guide was amazing. Emiliano the driver was also very nice.
Great tour to get a taste of Tuscany. 3 towns and lunch in a spectacular farm. I highly recomended if you want to get a taste of this beautiful region
Loved Sienna and climbing leaning tower of Pisa. Also enjoyed winery. Gloria was a fabulous guide. San griminano and the house towers was also fun.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Tuscany adventure with Angela and Emiliano. Stunning country, so much history and our guides, Angela and Analisa were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. A barrel of monkeys would be jealous of the fun we had. HIGHLY recommend this company and this tour.
If you wish to have a taste of beautiful Tuscany with an excellent tour guide, coach driver, delicious food and breathtaking scenery, look nowhere else! This is definitely what you should book! Alessandro, the tour guide is an expert in making the trip fun and extremely interesting, whilst explaining in detail all we needed to know about Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and about many places along the way. It was a long day trip but so well worth it - and I cannot say it was tiring! Riccardo the driver also made our trip very pleasant, smooth and safe! All the boxes are ticked for a day tour to remember!!
Had a great experience with this tour. Highly recommend! Lots of history in Sienna and San Gimignano.
This tour made our short staff in Florence very Memorable. The tour is very organized and you get to see so many villages all in just 12 hrs. The bus rides between each location were great for resting your feet. Stephano was an amazing tour guide. He was very friendly and funny as well. Best part of my Florence trip. You must do it!!
Fantastic way to see Tuscany. Stefan was excellent host and made the day very enjoyable. He was very attentive to the whole group and made it seem like private tour.
The guide was absolutely terrible and openly hostile to us, me and my mother, during the tour. He was in many ways unprofessional. First off, I messaged the tour company early on because the meeting place was not the meeting place. They had us walk 15 minutes. They say it was 8 minutes, it was not. I was concerned because I was taking my mother, who is older. I received a message back from the tour company that admonished me for taking my “elderly” mother as they put it, which is pretty insulting. When they told me that they expressed concern to the guide. He became openly hostile and singled us out on multiple occasions. Never once asked my mother if it was too much. Actually despite the tour company saying he would, the guide never once checked in with us. Was much more concerned with himself and hearing himself talk. Also after he knew i had expressed concern about the walking, we had a stunning detour that went up many hills. Maybe this tour company doesn’t care if someone gets hurt. Clearly they didn’t care about us. In fact, the guide seemed to genuinely enjoy people struggling. Speaking of guest concern, they did not once ask for our green passes, not once. Asked us to sign a waiver at 4:45pm, the tour started at 8am. So I’m not sure what they would have done if someone said they didn’t have it. Leave them in San Gimignano? The guide also stated this was done to not delay the tour. So I guess that is more important than safety. Some people they didn’t even ask them to sign the form until on the way back. I’m not even sure that’s allowed in Italy. I can’t believe they’ve been doing this for 15 years. The guide was obnoxious and condescending to the group. And maybe him and the driver shouldn’t be hard selling 1 euro bottles of water. Also the guide made us wait 15 extra minutes at the end to cater to a group that decided to stay in Pisa. He had to hand walk them to a taxi. This was an adult couple with an adult child. Then tried to shame the group for not caring about this group. He went out of his way for this group of people but no accommodation or empathy for anyone else. Poorly planned and extremely poorly executed. The guy had an excuse for everything. Guide was Alessandro, since he was so concerned about our departure we arrived after 9:45pm. Left us stranded on a median and said it was unlikely to get a taxi at this time. Hustled for tips though
Incredible experience! Perfect way to see all the little towns. Definitely add the lunch. It was an incredible experience and one of the best meals I had here. They don’t skimp on the details! Oh plus so many amazing photo spots.
This was just a perfect 1-day trip from Florence. Nicely packed with Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. Enough time to stroll around in each place. Great lunch with wine tasting at the farm (not to be missed). With Stefano we had a great guide who was not only knowledgeable, but also passionate about the places and their history. In short: a perfect day.
You have to do the farm lunch with the wine tastings- the views of Tuscany are amazing. Siena was beautiful and we had a local tour guide there . Very interesting. Allessandro was so passionate and knowledgeable. We had a group of about 23 and he made sure each and every one of us got personal attention. Allessandro kept us organized, educated and made for one of my favorite tours in Italy. Roberto our driver managed slim winding hill roads and kept us safe and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this 12 hour day. It’s wonderful.
Very nice trip, well organized, the bus is very comfortable. Olivia is very patient, very knowledgeable, her talks are just perfect not too much not too less, great experience. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.
A great and unforgettable experience. Thank you very much to our tour guide Olivia and to Fabio the driver !!!
Fantastic trip from start to finish. Best way to see Tuscany when you are only in the area for a few days. Tour guide Allesandro is top notch. Bus driver Roberto is magic man. Roberta perfect guide for Siena.
The tour was beautiful and well worth spending the entire day. The bus was comfortable and Roberto is an excellent driver. We enjoyed a lot every place we visited: Siena, Chianti country side, lunch at the winery, San Gimignano and Pisa. Elisa, our tour guide, was just amazing: friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend this tour for everyone!
Our tour guide Alessandro and bus driver Roberto were excellent hosts! Alessandro was extremely knowledgeable. The tour was fabulous, and we saw everything we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this tour!
The view of the vineyard was unreal!!!! A view that I am so grateful to have seen and will never forget! The tour guides were truly amazing, knowledgeable, and kind. Olivia was wonderful and our main guide which I’m forgetting her name was lovely, she was blonde and ended up staying in Florence because she found her true love (so romantic) highly recommend this tour but get your walking shoes ready!
It was full day tour and the guide Alessandra was excellent. He mixed history and jokes very nicely and made it lively.
Sienna ‘a history of banking and the ongoing feud with Florence very interesting. Citiesof Sienna and San Giognormo beautiful , especially square in Siena and the history of the horse race. Farm and lunch excellent with all you want to eat and drink while enjoying the countryside. Pisa was surreal, like you stepped into the history books.Tour guide Olivia and driver Ricardo excellent!
It was a wonderful day.
Lavi is sooo nice and informativ.
I’m really glad I choose this tour. The farm and the cityes were amazing. And the tower in Pisa…unbelievable. We could see everithnig in 1 day. Perfect if you dont have mutch of time.
Excellent! What a great day! Special thanks to our guide, Lavinia for her deep knowledge of the area, her natural sympathy and her language skills. Lavinia is an asset to her company. Looking forward to find her again when traveling through Tuscany. Special mention to the driver Nando. Thank you for everything.
A long but well organized ride through Tuscany
Empathetic and knowledgeable guide (Lalina from SAn Gimignagnio)
Super friendly !
Good (but large) group !
Our guide was great, but it was a VERY long day. By the time we got to Pisa, most of us were “done.” Pisa is a drawing point but not really memorable unless, perhaps, you opt to climb the tower. Don’t know, because we didn’t.
Alessandro and Fabio were excellent. It was a long day and not for those that aren’t ready and willing to walk, sometimes uphill. There are breaks in between on the air conditioned bus. But it was an amazing taste of Tuscany. Sienna and San Gimignano are a treat and the food and wine are good on the farm. It felt like we packed a couple of really good days into one.
I Loved that we had time to do our own thing in each city. Tour guide made sure we knew what was going on each step of the way and had great reccomendations.
This one day tour was awesome. The tour guide Olivia was very nice, knowledgeable and took great care of care. She made sure that we were fully aware of what to expect at each leg of the tour and answered all of our questions.
The pickup and drop-off was seamless, we didn't have to wait much.
The tour was definitely worth the money. From medieval architecture of Siena to wine tasting and finally leaning tower of Pisa, everything was worth it.
We had a great day out with so many great memories. Alessandro had so much information about all areas visited that made us feel we understood the culture that but more. The highlight of the trip was without doubt the views at the wine estate, incredible.
I would highly recommend!
Emiliano (the bus driver), Donatella and Olivia (tour guiders) were amazing. Olivia was very cheerful, polite and helpful. Very good English-speaking as well..She made this tour unforgettable. The lunch at the winery was nice as well.. Totally recommend this tour!! 100% value for money and totally worth it.
Really informative and comprehensive tour to get to know Tuscany in a day! The different activities and places we saw really add to the experience. Our guide Lavi, as well as our local guides, were very informative and shared many fun and interesting stories about Tuscany. Really refreshing to get to know the area from the perspective of locals! The tour was organized very well, everything went smoothly, and was quite a laid-back yet fun experience.
This tour was one of the highlights of our 2 weeks in italy. We were hesitant to do it bc it seemed like it would be such a long day but it went by so quickly and was really worth it. We left at 8am and came back around 8:15pm. Our guide, Alessandro and our driver, Antonio made the trip for us. Not only was our guide very knowledgeable about the tour, but was helpful in answering other questions about italy as well. He also kept a cooler full of ice cold water we could purchase for 1 euro that really came in handy throughout the day.
- the tour starts as soon as you get on the bus as you go straight to siena. make sure to eat and use the bathroom before starting bc it will be a few hours before you can do either.
- wear comfortable shoes. lots of walking on uneven pavements and inclines but nothing difficult
- if going in the summer, don’t forget sunblock/hat/sunglasses/water. there are parts where you are in full sun.
