This company is SHAMEFUL and DISGUSTING. My friends and I booked a reservation for a Tulum+Cenote+Snorkel pack on 18th October 2023. Supposedly they were going to pick us up at 6.35 am at our hotel lobby. When we arrived, the guide asked us if we were the group of "Carolina Montesinos" (name and ...
This company is SHAMEFUL and DISGUSTING. My friends and I booked a reservation for a Tulum+Cenote+Snorkel pack on 18th October 2023. Supposedly they were going to pick us up at 6.35 am at our hotel lobby. When we arrived, the guide asked us if we were the group of "Carolina Montesinos" (name and surname completely different from us). He immediately left the hotel (6.37, there are video records to confirm this) and delivered a "Not shown" form to the reception (6:35-6:39). One minute later a member of the hotel informed us this person was the guide of our trip. We ran quickly after him, but he was left with his van at 6.40 am. We tried successless to contact Cancun Adventures seven times for 40 minuts. Thankfully a guide of another company lent us a phone and we could talk with the company. They refused to give us back the money. The attention has been absolutely horrifying. I would not recommend anyone to spend their money in this company. We have previously read comments of similar experiences, but we never thought this could ever happen to us! A trip into the paradise has indeed become a nightime!letsgetpink
