WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE THIS SO CALLED TOURISM COMPANY!!!!! Pick up time was 5AM and driver never showed up. Didn't receive a call or anything. Attempted to email and it was a generic email address to which I got no answer. Called the customer service number and they didn't open until 7AM. When I placed my call at 7AM, the recording said "You are the next person in line to talk to a representative" yet no one picked up until 730AM. When I finally got to someone, they said they were going to find out and call me back. When they called back, they stated that the driver had difficulties and that's why no one showed up. When I asked why no one called, they stated that the driver's don't have the clients phone numbers to call and the main office who does have the numbers doesn't open until 7 so they couldn't reach out to us. Yet they knew the hotel and the room number, the driver could have easily placed a call to the hotel to let us know so that they wouldn't be coming but clearly this company could care less about it's customers. As a business, if you are providing a service at 5AM then the driver should either have the clients numbers or someone needs to be at the main office in case something goes wrong. For them to believe that nothing would ever go wrong, shows the incompetence of who ever is in charge of the logistics here. Same goes for the customer service line, I'm not sure how many calls they get at 7AM to have me on hold for 30 minutes. And if you do receive that many calls, then they should change the hold message to say anything other than "you are next in line"
