This was an amazing experience with a wonderful guide, Yuriko, whose knowledge and passion were awesome. Yuriko started with a tour of this iconic part of Tokyo and gave us so much useful information and background. We visited numerous places of interest in the market and had a chance to sample many of the products. The atmosphere was wonderful and Yuriko clearly commands the respect and admiration of all the traders in the market, it was a privilege to be in her group. The sushi making experience itself was truly amazing and we had a great time making our lunch, and devouring it afterwards! This trip is a must for any visitors to Tokyo who care about Japanese culture and cuisine.Excelent experience and opportunity to know The Market AMD The Sushi class and Lunch. Great morning in Tokyo!
