Contact information and Recommendations upon arrival at Cancun Airport
Please follow these recommendations when you arrive at the Cancun airport to find our representative who will gladly welcome you and take you to where the operator is located to give you transportation to your hotel or destination.
We suggest you print and take these recommendations with you:
• Once you land in Cancun, you will have to pass immigration and customs first, after migration you can collect your luggage and go to the main exit of the airport building.
• Upon reaching the main exit you will notice a panoramic glass door.
• Passing this door you will notice an indefinite number of representatives of transport companies and travel agencies with Signs of Passenger Names and logos of the different companies and companies.
• One of these representatives will be waiting for you, duly uniformed with a GO CANCÚN sign and your name written on a virtual tablet.
Important Notice: Before leaving the airport building to the interior you may be contacted by a timeshare agent of a hotel who for entertaining you and trying to sell you will tell you to help you contact us after having listened to it, we ask you to Please don't be fooled and continue outside. When leaving the building it could be a bit overwhelming to see a large number of representative with signs and to be able to contact our representative, we advise you not to lose your calm Your representative will be waiting for you as long as necessary. In the event that for any reason you cannot find your representative, we suggest you please call us at the numbers below, we recommend that you please do not let representatives of other carriers try to help you and dial for you. or they will inform you that their representative has already retired, please ignore if possible, check yourself as unofficial and unsafe carriers will try to sell you the transfer to your hotel.
All our drivers and representatives are duly uniformed with a phosphorescent green Filipina and black pants, both with our company logo. Each Representative carries an Official ID issued by the Cancun Airport where his name and the name of our company appear.
Meeting point at the Airport:
• If your flight landed at Terminal-2 please look for Flataform 41
• If your flight landed at Terminal-3 please look for the MargaritaVille Bar
• If your flight landed at Terminal-4 please look for Flataform C
• If your flight landed at the National Terminal please look for the Coconut Bar

Alejandro was extremely pleasant. He helped with our bags, maintained a very clean vehicle and he was extremely friendly. We had a few questions about places to explore throughout Cancun and he served as an awesome source of information during our tour. We were in a chatty mood but I could tell that Alejandro would be respectful if you wanted a silent ride as well. Would highly recommend the service. The airport was crowded and hectic but I was easily able to find my driver. He communicated his location and we were able connect fairly quickly.Anthony P

Overall the service was excellent. We booked a transfer to and from Holbox and Alonso and Nathaniel were both fantastic drivers. Best driving service in MX and can’t wait to book them again. Highly recommend STP!

We recently traveled to Cancun, and are so thrilled and pleased with the transfers we got from STP Caribe. The pre-arrival instructions were so clear and so organized - it was very helpful to have their guidance clearly on hand upon arrival. Fermín picked us up from the airport and was friendly and courteous. He provided great insight into some local tips and recommendations, and was a great driver. At the end of our trip, Alonso (Lopez) drove us from our hotel to the airport and he was great. He arrived at pick-up early, and was professional, friendly and ensured we were comfortable. The vehicles were clean and very comfortable, with cold towels, wifi and drinks available. STP will be our go-to transfer services whenever we return!
