Our trip from Yerevan to Tbilisi was a breeze. We went through lots of slippery ice and thick snow but the driver still made us safe. Throughout the travel, he talked about the history of different places and the icing on the cake, the side trips like the Sevan Lake. Side note: we hired Mr. Sergey for another trip in which we got stuck because of a protest. Going back and taking another route was going to take a long time (around 4 hrs) and there was an apparent bad weather. He managed to bring us across by hiring another driver past the protest and we were able to go to our apartment. Highly recommended to a family/group going back and forth to Yerevan and Tbilisi. You will be treated like a friend not a customer! We booked a transfer Yerevan to Tbilisi and the weather was very snowy, but thanks to our driver he could pass the icy road very safe.Van was very comfortable,so we are very happy,I recommend.

Excellent!!!. On our way to Georgia he gave us a complimentary tour to Sevanavank Monastery at the Lake Sevan and the Georgia tours experience was great. We visited a lot of places but the most unforgettable experience is the Gudauri tour. I got chance to play in the snow the main reason of my trip😁 To sum it up my tour is perfectly perfect with the help of our tour guide. Mr. Sergey is a highly recommended, he is very polite, fluent in English and he arranged the tour very well including the PCR test which is a very helpful one.Everything went well in our trip. Sergei, who lead us to Tbilisi, is a very good driver and english speaker. A very knowledgeable person who talks about diferent kind of subjects. Plus, his car is big and comfortable. It was a safe and pleasant ride with him.

It is our family's first international trip (mother, husband, and 2 daughters - 7-month-old baby and a 4-year-old kid) so we were really looking forward to having a wonderful experience. I have searched for Yerevan to Tbilisi tours and read all the reviews and stumbled upon Sergey's tour which had a lot of good reviews and offered a decent amount for the transfer + tour. 1st impression with Sergey was already outstanding he sent me a Whatsapp message confirming my booking and asked if I needed any help, our family initially had some issues with our visa applications and he volunteered to call the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to follow up with the status of our visas, he was this helpful. We met him on our 3rd day where we asked for his guidance on some additional tours in Yerevan and he had everything you need in his car (WiFi, all types of cable to charge your phone, free water, and huge space for you to have a comfortable trip). He was very kind, you will instantly feel like you have known him for so long with his kindness and humbleness. He was very attentive with the kids on our trips and offered to take care of the little one while we were enjoying the beautiful views of our tour. We needed to have dinner before heading home and he offered to bring us to a mall that had a food court. He also helped arrange the PCR tests to be taken from our place as it was required to cross the border of Yerevan to Tbilisi. He was very detailed in explaining the history of all of our trips, a man full of knowledge. On our last day, he gave us 2 free tours Noravank Monastery and Dilijan before traveling to Tbilisi. Both tours were unbelievably beautiful! When we arrived at the border, we had an issue with my mother's UAE visa which was not linked in their system. We waited for 8 hours at the border, it was a traumatizing event for our family but Sergey took the extra mile and once again offered his help. He booked a hotel for my mother at the Armenia side of the border and stayed with her until the issue got sorted the next day. I cannot say enough praises for this man, he is an angel sent from above. We now have an additional family member and will always recommend him to all of our friends and family who are visiting Armenia.I had a business visit to Armenia and didn't have time for tours, but on the way we could manage to see some sightseeings of Armenia. Thanks Sergey for his interesting stories and safe driving.
