What to expect
Upon your arrival in the village of Lakithra, once home to Lord Byron, you will be met by Mrs. Georgia the owner of the bio farm which has been passed down from generation to generation. The tour will begin with the exploration of the farm, the history, the products, and the daily life of farm living! The authentic feast begins when you start cooking in the setting that has been prepared for you! Under the olive tree the presentation of the cooking experience will begin! Taste all local products from olive oil, local wine, veggies, and many more local delicacies. While your local dishes are baking in the oven, you will enjoy a stroll around the village of Castro, and visit St Georges castle with stunning views of Argostoli bay! Enjoy the experience by meeting new people, and new flavors but most importantly experience Kefalonian hospitality at its best!

It was an amazing experience cooking authentic Greek food. A little history about the Greek food and then straight into cooking the food! We learnt how to cook homemade Greek meat pie, made feta parcels to which we made the dough from scratch and also made homemade tzatziki from scratch using local kefalonian ingredients. Was soo delicious plus also got to eat 2 types of fresh honey from the bee keeper which was amazing! Walk was lovely with spectacular views. Overall was a great experience! Was soo full by the end! Didn’t need anything to eat afterwards!
