The show was a delightful experience. The service was perfect with the establishment providing us with a menu in English and an English-speaking server. The food was marginal. I had the steak medallions which were overcooked and dry. We were served a delightful wine and the drinks were plenty. I would recommend this experience for the entertainment alone.

I was of the view that alcohol was provided all night. One drink per person with appetiser, one bottle of wine for two people. Service was extremely slow. However, our waitress was extremely efficient and friendly but very overworked. She was the only person in the place that could speak English , lncluding the owners. There was a set menu, two appetisers, two mains and two deserts. Note: these choices were from the bottom of the menu. The food was poor except the main. We were provided car service both ways. Excellent service, clean air condition vehicle, great driver who spoke reasonable English. The entire dance show was performed in Spanish, just great for tourists.

The dinner show was fun. The food was amazing. The show had gounchos and island dancing. The wine kept flowing!!

Beautiful presentation Beautiful typical dances and live music. Food was also very good. It is a must see show in Santiago.

Hard to rate a non event. The driver was on time and very polite. Unfortunately we arrived at the venue to find it was closed apparently no one thought to check that it was open and that the show would be on that night.

I'll start with the good. The performance was excellent, the dancers, folklore and costumes provided an entertaining and cultural experience. This is a show I would have enjoyed in a small theatre and it deserves to be treated as a cultural experience rather than a cheesy dinner/show combo. The food was not good. The appetizers were tasteless and boring. For example, the pork dish was served as random slices of pork boiled and served in some king of tasteless broth. It was perplexing. The main plates were cold and not at all appetizing. I didn't expect a five star dining experience as these things usually go, but it was by far the worst food we've had in Santiago, where bad food is pretty hard to come by. The service was very good and the dining experience was not a reflection of the service. Overall worth seeing the show, but skip the food.

We had excellent front row seats for this wonderful show. The venue was smaller than I thought it would be, so was very pleasantly surprised to find we were sitting at the edge of the stage! The dancing and costumes were fantastic and our dinner was very good. Highly recommend!

Did not have reservation Gave us worst table location in restaurant Did not give us dinner napkins, and when we asked for some we were given bar napkins Non American guests beside us requested dinner napkins and were given 3-4… No water offered and other guests were offered No bread rolls offered and other guests were offered Driver pickup and drop off went well Show was excellent Our conclusion was that since we were American they treated us much worse than non-Americans We travel a lot and in no way tout USA as being better as we travel, so this terrible service was surprising and disappointing Food was very average, maybe our issue though as maybe we don’t prefer Chilean food

Everything was great from the dinner to all the dancers of the show. Even though we did not speak Spanish we were still enable to still communicate our waiter on what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel right at home.

We were in Santiago and on our last night we picked this tour. There was plenty of communication via, What's App prior, so we were confident in having everything go smoothly. We were picked up by George, who was waiting for us. He delivered us to the show and saw that we were seated for our dinner and he would be there to pick us up, (actually he waited somewhere). We arrived at 8:20pm in plenty of time for the dinner which was surprisingly very good! There was an appetizer and dinner drink. We were offered a bottle of wine. I was impressed with one of the wait staff who understood English enough to oversee that my wife's meal was completely gluten-free. Then came the dancing. Yes, it's a dinner show, but the dancing and music is live and of high quality to get you into the swing of things. The dances were a wide nod through time periods and cultures of Chile. Imagine our surprise then when we even had a few cover songs from Frank Sinatra! (Who is, apparently, still a hit in Chile, as his songs will always be with me!) As Americans we were to know 'Old Blue Eyes' made his impression this far south. Dessert was good, there was dancing for the audience to follow which was fun to move and burn off the calories! George was there to take my wife and I back to our hotel. It was a memorable night and carefree fun!

Great trip! Thank you for great guidance. Enjoyed 1-day trip. Good for those who is limited in time, but still interesting to see the seashore and how the life is organized over there.

The traditional show and dinner in Santiago had no atmosphere, as there was less than 12 people in the venue.
the show was partly audience participation with the four dancers. It lasted for about forty minutes. The dinner was
okay and the driver of the taxi Patricio was very pleasant and understood some of our English. The venue was just a restaurant
with a bit of a stage and three musicians at one end. 73 each was not a good deal.

Henry, our guide, picked us up at our hotel right on time in a very nice mini-van. He was very knowledgeable about Santiago history, culture, and the city neighborhoods. The show was a very pleasant surprise. It is a multi-cultural display through music and dance. The food was good and the service was very good as well. I would recommend this tour and found it to be well worth the cost. Thanks Henry for a wonderful experience.

Our driver picked us up at the hotel, and waited while we had dinner and watched the show, so no worries about getting back. He spoke excellent English, and provided an interested tour of the city as we drove to the show, and then back again.

The dinner was good, and the drinks were great. The show as amazing! Many different cultures and customs were presented. Loved it!

We really enjoyed the entertainment. They had the audience involved and made it fun. The costumes we very colorful.
The food was just ok.

The show itself was very good but I had no idea what I was watching or listening to as the emcee only introduced the segments in Spanish. But the dancers were phenomenal and talented. I did not like when they brought up members of the audience. I know it's all in fun, but I thought it was rather awkward, especially when one clearly out of shape man had his shirt and undershirt removed by one of the dances and he was doing a belly dance. Not something I want to remember! LOL!

As far as the food goes, it was mediocre at best. For bland food, I thought this dinner show was vastly overpriced. I don't know if I'd ever do this again, but if you haven't seen traditional Chilean dances, this is then worth it.

Enjoyed the event..did not have the best seat and made reservations fairly early...there was an open table in front of us and they did not move us any closer to the stage - we were in the back..food was decent..
Loved Santiago overall and this tour is a nice cultural experience.
