Heading to the world-famous Toyosu fish Market for an experience only available in Japan!
We will guide you to the intermediate wholesale market at Toyosu Market. This area is only opened to the professionals and stakeholders for purchases and is not opened to the public.
You can experience the beginning of a day at the market. Let's buy fish here!
After that, we move to Tsukiji old fish market. Please experience the vibrant atmosphere of good old Japan and the place where even Japanese people can feel Japan culture!
By looking at the two markets, you can experience the past and the present.
Finally, we move to our kitchen where is at the chef's restaurant in a certain location in Tokyo and our skilled chef teaches you how to cook Japanese cuisine, mainly sushi, with fresh ingredients purchased from the market. Please experience Japanese food!

My wife and I had an amazing time on this tour while visiting Tokyo in January. Our tour guide, Masami, was absolutely fantastic. She gave us a behind the scenes tour of the Toyosu & Tsukiji fish markets (which is rare!) and then we headed back to a private kitchen to try our hand at making Sushi...

She gave us a behind the scenes tour of the Toyosu & Tsukiji fish markets (which is rare!) and then we headed back to a private kitchen to try our hand at making Sushi with an experienced chef. The whole tour was very well organized, & the sushi lunch was incredible. We enjoyed the tour of the fish markets and then went back to the chef’s restaurant to learn how to make sushi, and the best part - eat some delicious sushi....
