From start to finish, the trip was awesome. This was my second visit to Tortuga Island with Costa Cat. The boat is top notch and the whole trip is very organized. The staff on the boat and on the island was amazing. They work their tails off bringing you drinks and accommodating you. The lunch was also fantastic. They are doing everything right.

The boat crew was incredible, very attentive and made sure everyone had what they wanted the whole day. The island is beautiful and is amazing for swimming. Everything was well organized and smooth.

Great service and beautiful place and worth going to this island. The service was premium and all on point. I would definitely recommend.

To say the crew was phenomenal is an understatement. They were beyond attentive and always made sure you were taken care of throughout the day. Tortuga island itself did not disappoint. The white beaches, vistas and wildlife were stunning. Amazing snorkeling too, although it helped that the crew chummed the water to ensure we saw an abundance of fish! I can’t recommend this tour enough!

This cruise is so worth it! Everything is so well organized, beginning from our pick-up to all the activities. A light breakfast was provided, and lunch was delicious and very filling. Don’t get me wrong, the island is beautiful and we loved the scenery. But I have to say what made this experience so memorable were the staff! 11/10! They are SO attentive and always checked on us to make sure we wanted for naught. Y’all, they even went out into the water to give us drinks! I don’t know where else you’d be able to find this level of hospitality. I’d highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Jacó!

We took this tour from Herradura as a break from driving from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio and we are so glad we did! We had a wonderful time in Tortuga Island with this crew! The crew was super friendly and attentive, always making sure we had a drink in hand and that everyone knew when and where the included activities took place (snorkeling, hiking, banana boat). There are options on the island for paddle boarding, kayaking, and more for a reasonable extra fee. For breakfast on the boat, we had coffee, a fruit cup, and a muffin. Lunch on the island consisted of rice, grilled chicken, potatoes, and greens. It was filling and delicious! It was a beautiful way to spend the day on the beach while being catered to.

We had a total of 14 people in our group consisting of 3 families. All of the staff was so sweet and professional from start to finish! Muffins and fresh fruit with water to start, unlimited drinks once we got to Tortuga Island and a wonderful lunch that we ALL enjoyed! Snorkeling was fun and the kids enjoyed the banana boat ride. All around we had an amazing day and I would say it was a highlight of the trip!

First class service. This excursion was well organized and well planned. Food was yummy and the activities were so much fun. There was someone who literally handed me a cocktail while I was frolicking in the ocean. You can’t get any better than that!!I would definitely go again the next time we visit Costa Rica!!

The water was murky on the day of my trip. Just a few fish showed up too. Can't swim more than couple hundred feet from the boat. Not much interesting thing to do on the island. The staff was extremely nice, though. They asked if we need any thing and took care of everyone on the boat the whole time.

Great beach, great food, really enjoyed the activities. Staff was very nice. We really enjoyed relaxing for once in our trip ;-)

Beautiful island, very pleasant cruise over, crew was extremely attentive and and catered to our every need . Banana boat was fun and refreshing . I would definitely recommend and do again. Pura vida!

The staff were amazing! They were so helpful and upbeat. The lunch was delicious and the drink never stopped coming! We even had drinks delivered to us while we were swimming. The only negative was the beach. It was very rocky and full of sharp broken shells and coral that were quite painful. We were able to purchase some cheap water shoes at the little gift shop on the beach though and then we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic experience. They thought of every detail and the service was impeccable. Beautiful spot, great food, and super fun snorkeling and banana boat.

From beginning until the end this trip was nothing but outstanding and fantastic! The amazing crew cared for us the entire time with free drinks (with or without alcohol), tips for activities and a delicious lunch. I got seasick during snorkelling and everyone of the crew took great care of me. The island itself is of course incredibly beautiful and I highly recommend doing at least the short option of the eco-hike. I would give more than five stars if I could. Thank you, Costa Cat Cruises, for these unforgettable memories.

This tour was the best excursion of the week. The staff was attentive and so fun! Our teenage boys and adults had a blast. So worth it to rent the private boat for our group of 22 people. I would recommend to anyone!!!!

The Costa Cat crew made our trip to Isla Tortuga with our 2.5 and 5 month old kids so effortless. The shade was on point for our little ones, the snorkeling was just the right amount of time, and the lunch was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and made sure we always had a beverage in hand. Thank you Costa Cat! Cant wait to go back again!

Very nice staff, beach beautiful...Bring water shoes many rocks in water.The meal was very good, service in the boat was excellent. We did snorkeling, banana ride and when for the top for pictures... don't see the beach very well but nice ride to the top, not easy...More intermediate with the stairs.Unfortunately, only few people can be outside or on the top enjoying... we spend the ride back and forth inside when the party was out: :) my only bad point.

This was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced! Let’s start with the tour itself. We left in the morning and took about an hour catamaran ride to the island. We were offered fresh fruit, coffee and muffins during the ride (all were delicious). Once on the island they offer bottomless rum punch or margaritas. The activities included snorkeling, banana boat ride and hike. The lunch was super fresh and delicious as well. The only purchase we made was the coconut rum drink-served in actual coconut!! The price (currently $8) was ridiculously reasonable. This alone I would have given 5 starts but what set them apart was the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I felt like a princess for a day. The staff was always checking to see if we needed water, drinks etc. It impressed me how they knew everyone (about 40) on the trip by their first name. Our crew -shout out to Tony, Stacy, Wilbur, John- were exceptional!! All the crew is bilingual which was great since I don’t speak Spanish. If you are in this area of Costa Rica THIS IS A MUST DO!!! This is an amazing value and wonderful experience.

Costa Cat crew was fantastic! Very friendly, attentive and helpful. Great food, drinks and activities for teens and adults. Such a fun experience!

Service was great. The tubing and snorkeling were fun. Made for a fun day. Saw dolphins on the boat ride back and the captain circled back a few times so we could see them.
