Enjoy the breathtaking view during a photo stop at Lake Leopoldskron mirroring the palace, where the famous boating scene was filmed.

Stop At: Schloss Hellbrunn, Fuerstenweg 37, Salzburg 5020 Austria
The next photo stop are the gardens of Schloss Hellbrunn, where you will visit the glass gazebo used in the movie for the kissing scene of Maria and Baron von Trapp.

Pass By: Stift Nonnberg, Nonnberggasse 2, Salzburg 5020 Austria
You'll pass by the Nonnberg Abbey, where Maria was a novice and got married to Baron von Trapp.
Stop At: St Gilgen, St Gilgen, Austrian Alps
You will now make your way to the lake district passing Lake Fuschl and Lake Wolfgang, where panorama shots were filmed. During a brief photo stop, enjoy the view of Lake Wolfgang and breathing taking Alpine Mountain Range.

Stop At: Basilika St. Michael, Kirchengasse 1, Mondsee 5310 Austria
You'll have approx. 1 hour at leisure in Mondsee, where you have the chance to visit the famous Basilika St. Michael, where the wedding of Maria and Baron von Trapp was filmed.

We had an amazing time. The tour guide added more fun to our experience by making it real. To cap it all we had the musical in the bus and sing alone fun. It was great fun for all the family, including my six years old son.

Needed something to do today so we decided to try to do the tour. I read some reviews and wasn't sure about it after reading the not so good ones! We did a last minute reservation and we're so glad we did. Our guide was Zoe who was lots of fun and very informative. We learned a lot of the history and there were some things I didn't know! Yes, you do spend a lot of time in the bus, but there was ample time to get out, take pictures and look around. You didn't need a lot of time at the stops because there's really nothing to do. This is a scenic fun tour with the history of the movie and the Von Trapps. The countryside was stunning and nice to see without having to drive ourselves. Obviously they played Sound of Music soundtracks and everyone was singing. I'm glad we went and we had a fun time!The tour is basically 90% in the bus. U don’t get to go inside any place, u see everything from far. The only place u get to go in is the church where they filmed the wedding. Little disappointed

They made the whole trip such fun and really set the happy mood for the whole party! Couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Saw lots of locations and really enjoyed the singing in the coach. 11/10!!
