After standing outside our hotel for 45 MINUTES, and having to have our hotel call someone who could answer for Viator, we finally found out that there was a car breakdown and would have had to wait ANOTHER HOUR. So we cancelled and went on a different excursion. We plan these excursions well in advance, and all of our days in Mexico City are planned. So this was a major inconvenience. Our main priority for traveling to Mexico City was to visit the Guadalupe Shrine and Teotihuacan. We plan on making a complaint on Viator.
