Amazing view, great local music and full of happy people. Food was delicious but expensive I thought. The evening was warm and the sunset spectacular. Locals and tourists alike.

These guys were amazing! They were on time picking us up from our hotel and the driver was super friendly and greeted us respectfully as we entered. Also, he is a very well trained driver from how he handled himself on the road. He got us to our destination safely while telling us about the island as we enjoyed our complimentary platinum Jell-O shots on board. After we finished enjoying Shirley Heights for its historical beauty and lively entertainment atmosphere our driver was right there waiting on us to take us back to our hotel safely. We are very pleased about the service that was provided to us and would recommend it to anyone interested in getting to know the island or trying to experience Shirley’s Heights with a safe and professional driver.

We were led to believe when booking that it would be around $86 per person and that it included pick up, drop off, food and drinks. This was NOT the case!! Instead, we paid around $175 for JUST the ride. Had we known this we would have NEVER booked. Upon arrival at the heights, they do NOT accept this and DO NOT work with this company. Thank goodness they accept credit cards at this location because we didn't have much cash on us because it was SUPPOSED to be included. I would like to say that our driver and the actual experience at Shirley heights and the food was AMAZING!

As a member of management at Shirley Heights Lookout, it is important to note we have no affiliation with this tour. With Covid-19 protocols in place, strict guidelines, and limited seating, reservations are a must. Furthermore, these prices do not reflect prices of Shirley Heights as our entertainment and entrance fee is $10US per person (children under 12 free). Danielle

Worth going. But Don’t let the reps tempt you into going with a group early. Book ur own cab (just as cheap) go around seven for the music & vide otherwise u will just be stood around for 3 hrs

We went with friends. The sunset was spectacular, the food was reasonably priced and very tasty, and the music was wonderful.

We went on a Sunday, very busy as this is when most tour groups go. Amazing views of Nelson's Dock Yard and the Atlantic and Caribbean Oceans. Got lots of sunset pictures but get a spot at the lookout point behind the main building as this is the best place to get great shots. Steel drum band was fantastic. Good food but a long line to get food tickets. One must be patient.

First of... Chris Platinum Tours is an amazing company. Chris and his manager were very friendly, they communicated before and day of the excursion... and went out of their way to get us what we asked for. Now... Shirley Heights is a complete waste of time and money. Your initial payment does not cover the cost when you get there and/or food & beverages. It is EXTREMELY TOURISTY - and crowded. The lines are overly long and the wait times are beyond ridiculous. Everyone is clamored at the edge to get a good picture... and on a line for food - that is basic - you get 1 piece of chicken, a spoon of potato salad and a spoon of something else. As for the party that's promised... you're entertained by steel-pan music. There is no Party. If you are a young person - this is not for you. To take such a long drive and get to this place is super disappointing. Luckily we had Chris to guide us... and they also stayed with us the entire time we were there. Save your money - don't go on a Sunday.

If you are about great views and great food, this place will satisfy. We went on a Sunday at it was very packed, so a little difficult to find a spot to enjoy things at first. Yes, the reggae style percussion music is hitting hard as you walk in. The local Antiguans making the food and the music didn’t seem like they were excited to be there though or maybe they just don’t like tourists. Overall I didn’t feel an awesome vibe here, that may have been because it felt like every tourist on the island was told to go here, but it was something to experience nonetheless.

We went on a Sunday just in time for the sunset. Live music, drinks and food as well as local vendors. Very festive feel and breathtaking views

Loved it, 16 piece steel band playing with a perfect view behind, what more could one ask for. Fantastic. You have to go.

We visited on a Thurs night and you have 2 hours of a steel band followed by a reggae group and you listen to this whilst watching the sunset over the harbour. There is also bbq food and they have happy hour with cheap drinks which is actually for a 2 hour period. We had a really good time and it costs nothing to get in and i would highly recommend if you are in the area.

We went on a Sunday evening, and had such a great time. I would advise not going on a tour that will pick you up at 8pm because the reggae band doesn't start until 7pm. The steel drum band was fantastic, but after over 2 hours of it, we were happy the reggae band got started. The reggae band was amazing!! "61 Degrees" may have been their name. Great mix of old and new songs. Loved what we got to see. Drinks are reasonably priced. Corona is $4 US - I think the most expensive drink was $8 US. The food was really good and included salad and a very yummy potato salad. The BBQ area is covered, so it is really stuffy while you are in line. If you are lucky enough to get a seat, the tables are in a covered area, which is good, with the exception that it traps in BBQ smoke. It is very crowded, but you can go off on a couple paths to get some breathing room and more photo op's. The sunset and view was stunning! Overall, it was a wonderful tour. Would do it again, but a little differently next time. Enjoy!!

Great sunset missed the entertainment on Boxing Day as it was cancelled. So best to avoid this day. Get there early at least 15-30 min before sunset and stay until at least 15 min after to enjoy the colors in the sky. Best to arrange return taxi.

Traveled with a group of 5 to Antigua on a business trip which is the first time any of us has been to the island.we wanted to do something different on the last day . The hotel where we were staying highly recommended Chris's platinum 'thanks Julie at front desk'. Chris's platinum was very knowledgeable and the mannerism was off the scale. We did Shirley heights on a Sunday a must! The music, food and a great family atmosphere combined with the amazing view . will be back in December for vacation with my wife and family and Chris's Platinum will be part of it. Thanks guys we had a great time .
