From fires and explosions to a serial killer, to accidents, terror, mayhem, and death abound! This is not a "ghost story" tour. These are seven tales that cover the tragic deaths of 312 souls here in Cleveland. Not for the faint of heart and not recommended for young children.

Here on Public Square, we will hear three Tales of Terror. One involving a streetcar plummeting into the river, the second involving an accident during the construction of Terminal Tower, and the third a tragic fire in a local department store.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Cuyahoga County Courthouse, 1 W Lakeside Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113-1056
Here we will discuss Cleveland's most notorious serial killer.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: The Mall, 602 Saint Clair Ave NE, Cleveland, OH 44114-1710
Here will we share three Tales of Terror. The first involving a tunnel explosion under Lake Erie and the second involving a horrible fire at the Cleveland Clinic. The third and final tale covers a huge gas explosion that wiped out an entire Cleveland neighborhood.

He also recommended to me some of the books he used as primary sources. I can't wait to check them out!All the tales were fascinating. My favorite was the Torso Serial Murders. Interesting to hear about Elliot Ness and his involvment with Cleveland. Our guide, Scott, had so much knowledge and very fun to listen to the facts. I highly recommend this tour for everyone, even the people of Cleveland.
