If you are interested in Chinese culture, especially from the Qing dynasty then this is definitely one of the best museums in the world to see it. In fact my Chinese friends from Xi'an in China, which has one of the best museums in China, including the Terracotta warriors, were really envious that I was able to visit. Even they, with all their rich culture, and Xi'an is an incredible place to visit, told me this was the best museum in China. Quite an endorsement I thought. I would happily visit here again should I ever return to Taipei, to admire the art and the beautiful, intricate, skilled Chinese craftsmanship.

A great tour. If you have a day to kill, this is the perfect option. Very convenient and full of things to see. The guide was nice and knowledgeable. There were many things that I didn't know existed in the city. Highly recommend.

Danny the Tour Guide made this tour a great choice for my limited time in Taipei. His English was by far the BEST I've had on my current 9 country/11 city/28 day adventure through India and SE Asia. This is SO important to me in order to be able to truly understand all that the tour guide is saying about each of the sites. Danny had a jam packed half day, kept us on track, and was a true pleasure to have lead it for the ones lucky enough to join him for the day.

My husband and I visited Taipei in March and we had a half day tour. Sherry was our guide and she was great. She tailored the tour to our schedule. We wanted to stay in the national palace museum longer so she moved it to be the last site which we are visiting, even though it meant more driving back and forth. She was knowledgeable and warm. We learned about history, culture and even recommendations for some of the food places. She didn’t take us shopping or try to push for product placement. We highly recommend the service.

The Grand hotel was Beautiful. We also enjoyed the national museum. Unfortunately our guide did not know much about history so a lot of the artifacts were not well covered. We should have just bought the audio tour.

Her guy was absolutely super. He was accommodating to the older couples and his English in Japanese were outstanding. He had extensive knowledge and answered all of my crazy questions. Would definitely do it again.

This was a great tour. My tour guide was knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended. The tour guide was able to speak Chinese dialects, Japanese, and English extensively. He was impressive.

The guide was fantastic - he presented and breezed through a lot of information, revealing a deep knowledge of the material, and possessed a considerable amount of depth on the topics. He also knew how to maximize time and efficiency in a relatively short amount of time. Had I attempted to a similar itinerary, the schedule would've easily stretched to an entire day and failed to include all of the visits. The guide and the tour bus access enabled the entirety of the agenda. The only criticism would be the briefness of the visit to the National Palace Museum (more time to visit and purchase items in the gift shop would've been nice - at least a guide book/pictorial of items not seen during the visit). But I re-visited the Museum and purchased these later. All in all, this tour was great. I highly recommend it.

The guide makes the tour, right? And Danny Boy was the BEST. While getting to see the original architectural highlights of Taiwan, Danny Boy gave us knowledge and pearls of Taiwanese culture, old and new, while making us laugh and keeping us entertained. I'm so thankful we chose to do this tour rather than sleeping in. Would recommend to anyone.

Christina was our tour guide and she was very nice and helpful. However, this was a very rushed experience. It's good as an overview, but not enough time to savor key sites such as the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall - would have been nice to spend more than 15 mins there. We got to see the changing of the guards at the Martyrs' Shrine which was a highlight. Again, fine for a very quick overview if you just want to rush through some sites, but not great if you want to savor experience.

We had a great time. Our tour guide Christina was great. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Wish the tour was longer but it was last minute booking and this was the only tour left when we booked. It was worth it.

It was a good way to briefly see the major sights in Taipei in a short time. You get an idea of what you may be interested in and can go back later, especially the Palace Museum.

This 4 hour city tour was a great way to gain a snap shot about Taipei’s culture and history. Tony was knowledgeable, humorous and interested in ensuring that the tour fit our needs and interests throughout. We would recommend to other individuals, families and couples.

Paul the tour guide was great. He was on time to pick us up and was knowledgeable about all the places we visited. He had an assistant in training and they were both always willing to stop and take pictures. At the end of the tour because it was only the two of us on the tour, they graciously agreed to drop us at our hotel. I highly recommend the tour. It is definitely value for your money.

Great guide. Very knowledgeable in historical facts. Visit at the National Palace was a bit short (we got to see the jewellery and furniture collection only). Highly recommend.

Tour was great but it was just too fast paced. I was frustrated I couldn’t go close to the Chang Kai-Shel monument because we were given 10 or 20 mins only. Tour guide tried her best to make us happy. She was great!

We travelled from Taipei all the way south to Kaoshuing with Mr. Vincent Chang as our tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day adventure. Mr. CHANG was extremely helpful and solicitous. He engaged us in conversations about Taiwan ‘s history and Culture. One of the members of pur group has mobility issues and He went out of his way several times to make sure that she was safe and able to keep up with the group. We enjoyed his dining choices and went the extra mile and stood in line to make sure we purchased our pineapple Cakes. Our driver, Mr. Lin, was very helpful with our suitcases

Vincent Chang was very good and even customized the tour based on our request. We'll definitely ask for him to be our guide next time we visit Taiwan.

Tony was awesome! He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Very attentive and paid attention to all the details. He made sure I got to see everything I was supposed to see.
