- Hot Springs: Catamarans stay 50 m away from the warm yellowish water of the Hot Springs. Temperature of the Hot Springs is up to 4 degrees warmer than clear waters.
- Guests have to remove their shoes before embarkation.
- It is recommended to have sunglasses, sunhat, sunscreen, dry clothes and a light jacket.
- The cruise operator confirm your pick up time one day before the cruise. Please provide contact details.

Discriminatory company who forced us to cancel our trip because we arrived in Santorini by cruise ship! It shouldn’t matter if you arrive by cruise ship, ferry, donkey or swimming across the ocean! We understood the time the catamaran cruise departed and returned and it fit well within our time constraints! We also understood that like a airplane flight or train, if we were late for departure we would miss the trip and forfeit any money paid. This goes without saying. But this provider told us “Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate travelers who are arriving on cruise ships. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” WTF?? Unacceptable! Luckily getyourguide who we booked with were very helpful and agreed that we were being unfairly discriminated against by this company and would penalize them for their actions, We are still waiting for a refund of the €780 we paid! We ended up doing the same trip with Spiridakos who were excellent and welcome cruise passengers!!Booked at 9 am for 10:30 tour, sorted within half an hour. Such a nice day, love every single minute for this cruise tours. Friendly staffs, brand new boat, nice lunch, you could ask for drinks at any time. We are highly recommending this tour with captain Leo.
