We travel to the top of the Chugach Mountain Range to the base of Flattop Mountain.
Duration: 5 minutes
Stop At: Turnagain Arm, Alaska, USA
We stop at several points along the Turnagain Arm.
Duration: 20 minutes

Views of Historic Anchorage and learn about the changes in topography caused by the November 30th, 2018 earthquake and the 1964 Great Alaskan quake 1, 000 times stronger.

We spend most of our time in the Chugach Mountains in search of Big Game. Bear are prevalent in the summer months and moose are a year-round attraction. Also seen are the occasional lynx, wolf and coyote along the way.

A full extensive tour of downtown Anchorage it's history and the many changes that have occurred in the last 100 years and beyond.

The tour was enjoyable and the hotel pickup was very convenient. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and very friendly. The driver took us on an interesting trail!

I guess the regular tour guides were not available and didn’t bother to train this guy. He told us at the end that this was only his second tour, hopefully he will improve. I hate giving bad reviews but this was the worst tour I’ve ever done. I guess the regular tour guides were not available and didn’t bother to train this guy. He told us at the end that this was only his second tour, hopefully he will improve. His driving was questionable but we didn’t crash. He offered no narration and what he did offer was factually incorrect, again, training. I don’t think he has lived in Anchorage long but he must have to stay a bit since he was wearing an ankle monitor. We did see some animals so it wasn’t all bad.Our guide provided a lot of interesting information about the earthquakes that hit Alaska and showed us around the area cumulating with an outstanding view of Anchorage after the sunset.

This tour was way beyond what we were expecting, our tour guide Russ took us to so many interesting places we definitely would not have known about ourselves! He also took us through the mountains and we got the most amazing views of the sunset, we also saw so much fun wildlife including baby black bears. Russ was very informative and always kept the energy up. Highly recommend (also so many cool looking planes my parents and I were very pleased.)
