- Please note: Rental gear is not guaranteed until re-confirmed. You MUST re-confirm your reservation NO LATER than 48 hours prior to your desired rental date.

I can only speak to Black Tie Sun Valley, but I would assume all locations operate in the same manner. The service was tremendous, our equipment was delivered right on time to our condo by Mandy. She took the time to ensure our skis, boots, helmets were perfect for our skiing ability and the snow we would encounter. Best equipment I have ever rented, they picked it back up at the condo when our trip was over. While slightly more than a traditional ski shop, it adds it back plus 10 fold. We will only use Black Tie going forward!Brad M

Amanda and Jean Luc came to the condo with a van full of skis, boots and poles the night before our first ski day. So much better than waiting in line at the ski shop in the morning. Their knowledge and customer service were exceptional! At the end of the trip, Amanda met us at the River Run patio to pick up the equipment. We could not have asked for anything more. We will most definitely use their services again!
