1. Rescheduling slots will occur if a minimum number of 5 guests is not met. Whatsapp +65 9189 2001 to check before booking.
2. Tickets will be voided if
- No show
- Being late for more than 10 minutes
- Cancellation of the slot within 48 hours
- Rescheduling of the slot within 48 hours
3. In the event of rain, the booking will still proceed. Management will deem if it’s safe to proceed on the day itself.

- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
