We enjoyed this class! We had never made pasta from scratch before and it was very easy for us to keep up in the class. Really enjoyed all the knowledge from the teacher and eating the pasta at the end of course!

We had a small class (5) with Roberto which was amazing. This is a hands on class-you create the pasta and then eat it for lunch or dinner-and we were involved from the first few minutes. Roberto's knowledge of Italian cuisine and pasta is vast, and what's more he is able to convey it so well. We are accomplished cooks including making our own pasta and yet we learned so much in this class. Highly highly recommended!

We had so much fun making everything from scratch! From chopping the herbs to kneading the dough for the noodles it was a fun and entertaining experience. We had three older teens in our group and they all said it was 10/10. The food was delicious too and we look forward to trying it at home!

Loved the hands on aspect, we got to actually make the food. Sitting down and eating the food we all prepared was so much fun too.

This was a great experience! From the second we walked in the door it was fun, warm and entertaining. Instructors were educational and helpful. What else can I say, if you want to take a cooking class in Florence, this is the one!!

We had the most incredible time at our cooking class. Roberto was a great teacher; good fun and informative. We loved the whole experience and the pasta we made was delicious. The class operates at the back of Tuscan Taste which is a fabulous wine bar; I’d recommend getting there earlier and enjoying a few drinks here beforehand. This was a great experience and I’d highly recommend you do it.

My wife knows her way around the kitchen very well. I do not know how to make toast. Chef Vary made the day enjoyable and educational for both of us. She knows how to teach to the most experienced as well as the beginners. Plus, she makes the class a lot of fun. Because no one else booked class aside from our group, Irene let us make some customizations to our pastas, which we loved. She was so funny, we learned so much, and most importantly, it was truly the best meal we had during our time in Florence— which says a lot because every meal we had was incredible. Such a sweet and entertaining host! We were so tired heading into town, but came to life once we started this class. We got to pick out ingredients, had hands on help preparing the dishes, and learned so many helpful cooking tips!

We had such a wonderful time with Chef Irene. We opted for the market tour and shopping, then the cooking class option. Irene was so fun and upbeat and had such a great attitude that our morning shopping and area tour went by super fast. She had some great ideas for the pastas and sauces that came to mind when we saw the fresh produce. Nice back at the kitchen, we were amazed at the table and kitchen set up. One other couple joined us for cooking class, so we were a small group of 4. We had so much fun making the pasta and sauces. You didn’t need to be experienced in anything as there were different tasks for different people. Our group was pretty good in the kitchen so we made good time with everything. Irene explained techniques, tips and tricks and she was good at making us feel at ease and having fun. I really really loved her attitude! We completed 3 different pastas with 3 different sauces. Everything was delicious, fresh, and soooo enjoyable. They had a bottle of wine for the 4 of us too. So so so fun!! Highly recommend it.

6 of us with Chef Vary teaching us the basics of Italian pasta making. She is wonderful teacher and chef. Truly learned some new techniques while enjoying delicious dinner. Great follow up as well with recipes and tips. Very conveniently location across the Arno River. Lot of fun.

This class was easy to find! We made three different pastas, that were all delicious! Loved this experience!

The Chef and her assistant were both funny, personable, joyful, and all around kind. They included us in every step of the process even as far as giving group options as to what to cook. They genuinely wanted you to enjoy your meal.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time making pasta in a small group. The instructors were wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
